Branham's Jewelry — Attraction in East Tawas

My husband and I were travelling when we noticed the Branham's Jewelry Store. Only a few hours earlier, my husband had mentioned that he still wanted to get me a necklace for my birthday. So we pulled in to have a look. The sales associate was very helpful, but we didn't see what we were looking for. We were literally 5 seconds from walking out the door, when another staff member suddenly shows up with a big smile, hand extended, and asked if he was able to help out. He asked us specifically what it was we wanted, and why (which turned out to be very helpful). You see, I am allergic to nickel, and that metal shows up a lot, even in expensive jewelry. When he knew what we were looking for, he said he thought he had just what we wanted. Shortly after, he came out with a necklace that was exactly right. My husband purchased my wedding ring from another company and when we received it there was a diamond missing. The company refused to help us. We took it into Branhams and worked with Christina. She was absolutely amazing! She was very sympathetic about the situation and apologized about the experience we had with this other company. She called me a few days after dropping the ring off to let me know the pricing, which was absolutely fare. I expected it to be way more expensive to fix than it was. They said they’d have it done in 1-2 weeks. It was ready in just over a week. I appreciated her willingness to help and sympathy over a situation that was not caused by her company. I was over the moon when I got my ring back and happy with how quickly they fixed it. We have decided to make Branhams our go to for jewelry in the future. Linda was the employee who helped me in the end I usually am greeted and helped by her which she is guud at knowing what i like at this point I'm very releived that Linda and the other ladies treat me like family and are patient. I know I'm probly hard on them not to mention picky and look at a lot out of the cases . Their hard work and undevided attention is what you'll receive from the ladies.It was their ploy I think to take 40 minutes getting my watch band put on so I would buy my lady jewelry lol and of course myself it's hard not to when ur waiting and walking around the tawas location.
