I used to love this place. Literally everyone I have ever worked with has been an absolute pleasure. The staff is always helpful and kind. I have never felt judged, mistreated, or disrespected. Which is why It pains me to write this review of my most recent experience.
Last week on their website they had an item listed at $60, but showed up as $120 in my cart. It was part of a sale advertising 50% off. When I went to the store to pick up my order my total was the $120 and not the $60. Thinking it was a simple error I accepted it, paid for my order, and emailed corporate with screenshots showing the discrepancy. I thought they might want to be aware and correct the issue.
Corporate emailed me back telling me to take it up with the store.
Last night I placed another order for pickup today and as I continued to add items to my cart, I noticed one particular item listed at $0.01 so I added that to as well.
This time my shopping cart showed the item I selected along with the second item for a penny. I assumed that it was part of their ongoing sale since it let me add it to the cart at the advertised price.
When it came time to pick up my order and pay for it, the item for a penny was questioned as some sort of glitch and they went to check with the manager. When the rep came back to the counter she informed me it was for the wrong item. Pulled out a different item and proceeded to tell me that the item was not a penny but $63. At this point I politely declined the second item and informed the rep that there was a similar issue last week with the website and that corporate instructed me to speak with the store.
I proceeded to ask for contact information for management and was rudely met by a woman named Anne who came over and accused me of giving her rep a hard time. When I tried to politely explain the ongoing issues with the website she refused to make eye contact and began rushing the transaction and began speaking with her rep. Completely ignoring me. Instead telling me she can get in trouble for this. The funny part is I was completely ok with not getting the item for a penny.
When I ask why she wasn't even acknowledging me she said I'm listening as she never looked me in my eye. It took my fiance telling her she wasn't even looking at me for her to finally recognize it.
Whoever this Anne is has ruined any chance of me ever going here again. I was belittled and spoken to as if I was a nuisance, or a criminal. It was disrespectful, embarrassing , and full of Karen energy. I'm not a confrontational person and was only doing what the corporate email told me to do.
If this is the kind of management curaleaf Edgewater Park champions then I want nothing to do with this business. I would rather spend more money at local competitors than to ever set foot in this facility again.
Never in my life that I think I would be treated so poorly for buying weed legally from a place that I have spent thousands of dollars at since I bought my home in Edgewater Park.

After a few years of trying this place when they were the only one around, i'm done. I even helped petition to help keep them open.
Now, the only reason to go is misplaced loyalty. Terrible customer service. No matter when you go, expect 20-30min line. Company has a lack of ability to do math and/or properly word sales and restrictions. (IE. Spend $250 on "Select" brand products, save $50. At the same time, all "Select" brand is on sale 10%. Place your order online for $300 and see your 10% off. Yoy get there and they tell you that you can't "stack". Get either 10% or the spend $250 save $50. Yet they didn't restrict that in the sales wording and it'd be moot if they did for the fact the "Spend x save y" deal and the "% off sale" were on the same brand item to begin with). I worked in retail in customer service for 10+ years. I understand sales and sales language. After a few sales ending with me on the short end, I started going elsewhere.
Today was the last straw. Online order placed, confirmed and ready at 715p. I walked in at 759p. I get stopped between first and 2nd door. She asked if I am med or rec. Told her what I was and she said, "sorry, we closed at 8". I understand, but I just got done work and to here and my order is placed and ready. I can be in and out as fast as you process my payment. Your conversation alone delayed me. "NO. Come back tomorrow." In that case, nope, not ever again.
Go elsewhere. Not worth the time, money, or frustration. 20 other dispensary within 20min. Most are in and out without a line, or 5min if there is one. Better flower sales at Cannabist. Vapes/edibles at Eastern Green. Even Daylight is faster in and out. Curaleaf is a pure waste of time and...

Was only down the road from picking up so I ran back. I went to the sake employee and explained i didn't want to cause a problem just wanted to get it fixed. Here comes the one lady who was so nasty and told me I was ripped off last time bc of their mix up. They apologized on her behalf, not her but her higher ups they fixed it akd I was grateful bc it really was a bad situation all wround. Traumatizing. But I still come back. This was the first night she didnt go out of her was to deal with me which, if your going to be nasty why are you still in customer service? Of coarse once she seen i was there for a problem she ran over. Instead of exclaiming it was a simple mistake i was handed the wrong receipt, she tells me I handed a 50 and 10$ bill. When I picked up exactly a 20 and 50 from the atm. All cleared up a simple mistake. I did in deed pay with a 20 and 50 it was a customer before me who paid 60. Which I both prices on both receipts were similar. But cocky as she is as shes repeating aggressively "YES MA'AM YES MA'AM YES MA'AM DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO READ YOUR RECEIPT OF WHAT YOU ORDERED MA'AM" OVER AND OVER to my face. But yet she's always running to handle me and when I thought I caught a break tonight but no. Why is Tiana still dealing with customers or at least why does she keep going out of her way to deal with me if she has such a problem?
