KFC — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I ordered original 8 pc chicken to take out and when I got home, they gave crispy chicken and it looked over cooked. This is the third bad experience I had with Willingboro , NJ . First time , they don’t know how to count and gave me 7 pc instead of 8 pc chicken, Second time the gave me the wrong pieces than what I ordered and female manager lied to defend their employee and told me I didn’t order the chicken the way I said and she was unprofessional. Today Feb 2, 2024, I ordered 8 pc original chicken and instead I got crispy fried chicken. The price is already high to be messing up like that. It ain’t worth calling for their mistakes because manager don’t care and will tell you that you didn’t order it that way . Very disappointing with this ghetto KFC. This pace doesn't even deserve a rating, but i cant post this unless i rate at least a one. The food and customer service was both horrible and disgusting. My boyfriend and i went and ordered nicely only to be cut off rudely multiple times. When we finally ordered and went up to the window to pay and get our food, the girl automatically gave us the nastiest attitude for no reason! When we asked if they had any sauce she replied while rolling her eyes at us, " look, we don't have any until we get it in shipment." like we just happened to know that they didn't have any and was purposely trying to annoy her. Someone erased my review but I will rewrite it again because of the horrible experience I had here. On a Sunday evening my husband and I went here to get dinner. We went through the drive through and a young lady took our order. We were told to pull over until our order was complete because there was a long line. The girl came out 20 minutes later telling us she forgot we were out side waiting, even though our order was paid. The girl then told us they would give us desert for free for our inconvenience. Two seconds later a young Hispanic kid came out and gave us 4 really burned biscuits. I will never go back to this place again. They hire anyone. I should’ve been called the department of health.
