Supremos — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I've ordered from here before. Its convenient. 5 minutes from my place. Used to be cheaper than other places. I usually get a grilled chicken cesar salad which was always banging.

Well, this time, I was feeling adventurous and decided to step out of my norm and order a different salad. I ordered the grilled chicken cob salad... Simple.. Grilled chicken, Monterey jack & cheddar cheese, egg, bacon and cheesy bread . So this is now: What I ordered vs what I got. I got the Honey Mustard Chicken salad with a cheesy bread on top. I feel like they realized they made the wrong salad and slapped the cheesy bread on it for GP. The cheesy bread gets 2 stars and the salad gets 0 stars.

I called to let them know I received the wrong salad and they swore they gave me the right salad. He said Ive been making this salad for 17 years and no complaints. I find that hard to believe. I asked about the sauce.. What is the chicken tossed in, I asked. I said, Grilled chicken does not have sauce on it. He swore it does. He should have told him no sauce... Dude how can I tell you no sauce when the description did not mention sauce? He said I wasnt getting my money back and I could come back for a new salad. Just say no sauce... No. How about you fix the right salad or fix the menu?! I told him I would come back but decided against it. His attitude was nasty, the salad was nasty and he ruined my lunch.

All he had to do was apologize, and I would have dropped it.

Ego and pride will be the downfall. I won't be back and I'll make sure to tell anyone who will listen to not eat...

Horrible food! Horrible service! I ordered 20 wings, 10 hot and 10 mild garlic. I had to wait over an hour for the wings and the delivery man called me and said "HELLO I'm outside of your house!" and I said "HELLO no your not I'm standing on my porch!" turns out he was at the wrong house... then after I finally got my food and paid $25 and tipped the guy, the wings were so small and burnt I ended up having to throw them away. I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied and I expressed how they used to have really good wings and I don't know what happened, and the owner said "well what do u want me to do about it?" and then hung up on me... $25 for 20 small crispy burnt wings is over a dollar a wing and definitely not worth it.... the food was inedible and the owners and employees were rude and had bad customer service skills to say the least. what do I want you to do about it? hmmm... maybe be apologetic? maybe offer coupons or discount for next time? maybe offer to replace the horrible tiny burnt wings with ones worth paying $25 for? definitely not hang up on a paying customer leaving them unsatisfied and still hungry.... but if they are okay with loosing some customers and some money, that's...

Recently moved to the area. Excited to try all the local mom and pop eateries!!

So, I ordered takeout from this establishment this evening on my way home.

Polite and friendly counter staff. Food was hot and ready just as I arrived. Good impression!

I had requested a small order of baby JoJo potatoes. They were okay. Perhaps i'm spoiled by the Chicken Coop jojos at Columbus farmers market. There wasn't that light batter coating that one expects on their jojos. js.

I had also requested a juicy chicken cheesesteak w extra cheese. Because I like it like that 😎. There was no extra cheese 😔 Um, I paid for extra cheese and I want extra cheese!! The sandwich was good-ish, for people who just want to shove foods down their necks, I guess.

I called to speak about the shortage, of course. I was assured that there "will be extra next time". Why not this time though?

Just giving honest feedback. Solid 5 out of 10.

See me tomorrow? Not likely...
