Absolutely terrible! My girlfriend and I decided to try this place after I saw an ad in the paper advertising new ownership and 25% off the check. This wouldn't have been worth it if they offered 75% off. We had high hopes for a good meal when we entered. The decor is nice and the place is clean, that's about the only positive.

Our waitress seemed decent at first, but quickly revealed herself to be uninterested in providing even average customer service. After returning with our drink orders she asked if we were interested in know what the specials, soups, and sides were. Rather than telling us she just handed us post it notes with them on it and walked away.

It took at least 25 minutes for our appetizer to come out, which was the wrong appetizer. Our waitress was unapologetic, preferring to complain to us that the cook was stupid. It took another ten minutes for my girlfriend's snapper soup to come out. The soup was bland and heavily starched. Our correct appetizer, boneless wings, came out ten minutes after the soup. They tasted good, but at $7.99 for 8 chicken popper sided pieces they were hardly worth it. At no point was our waitress apologetic about the extremely slow service.

Our entrees finally came out fifteen minutes after we had finished the appetizer. My girlfriend had ordered the fish and chips. They were served with two large, greasy onion rings on top. The actual fried fish look like they had been made from trimmings of a larger cut of fish. My girlfriend described them as dry fish sticks. I ate a few and can say I've had better seafood from frozen supermarket brands. The steak fries served with them were average. It also came with a side of corn and mashed potatoes. The corn was average, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant and had no sort of seasoning.

I had ordered the special, honey dipped fried chicken. It looked like it had been cooked days before and microwaved. It was barely warm and did not smell like there was any honey on it at all. I decided not to try it and sent it back. When I sent it back I asked the waitress for a refill on my water and a menu to order something else. The waitress had checked out at this point and was not at all apologetic about the quality of the food, nor was she attempting to fix anything. It took five minutes to get a menu. The waitress did not return for another ten minutes to take my order. At that point I was ready to leave. I told her to bring us the check as well as the water I asked for fifteen minutes prior.

We were not the only people to have problems. A family behind us received a pork chop that was mostly gristle and was burnt. A couple next to us had ordered a steak and pork chops. Their steak was cold and the pork chops were raw.

This diner is a complete mess of a business. The service is slow, the food is awful, and the staff don't seem to care. Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other quality diners...

Terrible experience all around. From start to end. We walked in and no one had any urgency to sit us, despite the diner being near empty. The manager finally sat us but seemed annoyed he had to do it. We were then sat in one section and the frustrated waitress was arguing about not wanting to take any more tables. Even though the diner wasn't busy. She wanted to give the table to someone else. She said she would be back. I replied " don't worry if you're busy, don't rush."

She returned 10 minutes later to take out drink order. We order food at the same time.

She comes back and literally chunks the plates at us in a very aggressive and annoyed manner. She runs off before asking if we need anything else. She sits down at the counter and starts gossiping with one of her waitress friends. She's annoyed that she has to tip-out the busser.. She's saying how he's been drinking all day and intoxicated at this point.

I attempted to get her attention several times and she finally comes to my table. I tell her that the sides for my breakfast was missing ( bacon and sausage). She says " oh yeah I need to get those". 10 min go by and she brings these very off colored pieces of bacon and sausage. They look like they were from days prior. I turn one piece of bacon over and there's two flied underneath it !! At this point I was really grossed out and couldn't eat anymore.

She talked to the manager and he removed it. Then she has the audacity to say " oh you're really lucky, he never removes items. He usually gives discounts."

This place is disgusting and has no concern for...

Stopped at this typical NJ diner today (4/6/22) before driving the 60 miles home to Exton PA. Needed something that I could eat while driving so I ordered a cheeseburger with ketsup and grilled onions and a diet Pepsi to go. The manager (I assumed) pleasantly took my order. And said it wouldn't take long although I ended up waiting about 15 minutes, which seemed like it shouldn't have to take so long. The diner wasn't crowded. Anyway I was in a rush to get to a doctor's appointment and the 60 mile drive was going to take well over an hour. So food finally came out, he handed me the bag and thanked me. I got out to my car and realized that he never gave me my drink. I went back in and he apologized then gave me my drink. Back out to car, started it. Opened the container and out poured a double sized portion of steak fries (which I didn't order) all over the passenger seat. Salty, greasy fries on the FABRIC seat. So before driving I noticed that there were ketsup packets in the bag to I tore a couple of packs open then noticed there were NO GRILLED ONIONS!!! So back in to get my onions. Got them, got back in car, put ketsup and onions on cheeseburger, drove off. All the rigamaroll I drove a bit faster than I usually do and finally made my doctor's appointment with literally 2 minutes to spare. All in all the guy was nice, just incompetent. Btw, the burger was really good. Next time I'm in Willingboro NJ I may stop by...

I love diners like this because they tend to serve traditional home cooked meals at a good price. However, for the price here I can't say it's totally worth it. My meal came with a tomato okra soup and it was quite good and I appreciate the home flavor of it. The buffalo chicken Philly cheese was lacking in content and had a pretty bland flavor with only salt for most of the flavor palette. I would love to check out their breakfasts next time but the other meals are too pricey to risk another bland experience. Service was great and the atmosphere is what youd expect bustling with regulars. I wish some people would stop blasting tik Tok from their phones on speaker. I don't eat sweets but the desserts looked good too. Worth checking out.

Visited this diner for the first time for lunch. Our server, Amy, was great! I ordered my burger medium-well. It was a little more pink than I prefer but it was still delicious. I ate the entire thing and that’s something that I rarely do. The chicken vegetable soup needed a little flavor, so I added salt & pepper and it was pretty good. The steak fries were hot and delicious. The coffee was hot & fresh and I didn’t have to ask for a refill. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

Came here with my husband and daughter and the food was great. Now it is your typical diner with typical diner food. You can’t come here to expect steak and mash potatoes from a five star restaurant. The chicken from both the panini and Caesar salad was flavorful. And the food came out hot. There is a big menu, so you do have options. Service was also great, we had the sweetest waitress helping us who made conversation with us. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu
