Public Storage — Attraction in Edgewater Park Township

Since PAUL (former property manager)... TRANSFERRED, I have had the WORST customer service experiences. Hopefully this will be my last month @ Edge-water Park location. I don't understand why I get harassed by emails and phone calls for paying my bill late, but when I go to pay NO one is in the office or wants to stay a little later to collect payment. Online payment doesn't work, due to server/system errors. On 4/13/2014 Nicole did NOT want to stay "THE MOST" 15 minutes after closing to collect my payment. 15 minutes. WOW! I had to catch bus to Public Storage in Delran, then get back on bus to go to Edge-water Park. On 4/13/2014 I spring cleaned my unit. I had to leave trash outside my unit because their were NO dumpster(s). What storage facility does NOT have dumpsters. I expressed my concerns to Nicole (PS team member) and she told me to go next door to Dunkin Donuts and ask manager if I can dump my trash in their bin. WOW! So that's what I had to do. Again... Hopefully this will be my last month @ Edge-water...

If you’re looking for a great storage experience, ask for Angel C! I was able to secure a great unit the same day I called. He was so professional and walked me through the entire process. I had tons of questions and he was able to clarify them all for me. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me to dish out money. He genuinely wanted to help make sure I was satisfied with the unit and size we chose. He even went out his way to help us with the app and the gate entry. His customer service was phenomenal! I came to public storage and i was feeling distraught and when i meet Shannon she was so kind and genorous, and the thought of moving had me so anxious and sick to my stomach. Shannon helped relieve my anxiety and helped me work through a game plan for this move. She was super informative and sincere. She made a overwhelming situation an easy process and i will store wherever she goes for now on.
