Burger King — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

On Saturday, March 19th at 11:15am, I went through The Burger King drive-through, I had a four dollar coupon. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes without even being acknowledged, I kept saying hello hello hello however there was no answer. Finally when the guy speaks and ask me what’s my order I couldn’t hear him because A car parked next to the drive-through with blasting music,. I told him that I was just drive around to the cashiers window to place my order and pay because we weren’t hearing one another. So finally when I get up to the window there was the cashier that was there and it was a guy that was there that was taking the orders through the drive-through intercom. He seem to have an attitude and said I didn’t place your order because I couldn’t hear you, I explain to him that I couldn’t hear him either the car that was parked next to the drive-through was blasting music and I wanted to place my order. The problem that I have is that he was so rude and condescending for no reason. He said to me we don’t take orders from the cashier register and I said to him I couldn’t hear you on the intercom so how am I supposed to place the order if the lobby is closed. Eventually I just left the drive-through, I tried calling the store twice however no one answered the phone. So I just called the corporate office to make a complaint. Never mind tension to get him one in trouble, however that should’ve been something that could’ve been resolved immediately. It should be something as basic...

This Burger King is a Good Burger King for the family but it could be better in terms of the atmosphere. Sometimes it tables may not be cleaned off due to the large amount of volume but it is one of the few Burger King restaurants that supports Whopper Wednesday which is basically half off of US Standard Whopper without coupons. In general the soda machine is normally wet and sticky, and the ketchup dispenser really has ketchup in it and is also sticky. The napkins and even astral's are really stocked. In general you will have to wait for this fast food during lunch because rarely do they open up an extra cashier as there is only one cashier working. the food however taste like the standard Burger King food so the quality is no less or more than any other Burger King. Parking can be a problem at this Burger King because the natural flow of incoming traffic is opposite of what you would think as well as the parking lines are relatively close to the opposite row when you back out. It can get very busy at times during lunch. At some point in the past comma there were Street Racers that used to park their cars in this area that made this restaurant congested. Do not know if that still is the case and it would normally happen on Tuesdays or Wednesdays after...

Jun ,5,2024 @4:56pm I walked in to the local Burger King to grab me and my uncle dinner the young guy was talking my order as he was talking my order stop what we were doing to bag the food I understand if it was crazy busy but there where 4 people in side so that being said the manger had came over to finish my order sense I was literally standing there for about 10 mins to even order as I’m trying to show a code for a free fry because who doesn’t love rewards I’m dyslexic so can’t really read the numbers properly and out of no where as I’m trying to show him the code he just started yelling at me saying everyone be throwing there phone in my face and that’s disrespectful and saying he needed to walk way or needed a break or something mind you I just got done working 12 hours I understand long hours and days and when I say he was just so disrespectful he didn’t even give me time to explain or tell him why I’m showing the numbers instead of reading them and then kept saying take it up with god take it up with god it worst worst experience I’ve ever had with Burger King and will be posting about it on...
