Iāve had a membership here for a few years, the only reason for cancellation was due to the fact I never came. Over the years Iāve accumulated many points that I have to use prior to my final day of cancellation. With that unnecessary (lol) back story, all to say, Iāve been trying new services! My rapid tension relief with Bonnie was hilarious only because I am extremely ticklish. Bonnie was great and avoided the parts that I couldnāt handle and suggested a stretch session might be better for me. If you are ticklish, like myself, or do not enjoy the feeling of a massage gun, this is not for you. Rapid Tension Relief 5/10 Bonnie 10/10. Another service I had was a Customized facial with Gordana. This experience was great! She started by getting some background of my skincare and issues Iāve experienced. The facial was relaxing and Gordana was extremely informative with the products she was using and steps she was taking. We had great conversation, but she also let me relax. Such a great experience, I got my partner to schedule an appt the following week! Customized facial 10/10 Gordana 10/10. Another service I scheduled was a Stretch and Massage with Agnes. Omg the stretch felt AH-Mazing! She was hitting all the right areas and pressure points and I feel I should schedule another session! The massage on the other hand, not so great. i would like to add on to this review---melvin is still a definite 5----i would like to have MEMBERS BEWARE about a policy that just came to my attention----if you have extra sessions and go for a 2nd 90min massage in a month your charges are $75----if you want to use 1 of your extra sessions that you paid $75, they will only give you credit for $50----you then have to pay the extra $25---this means that you are paying an extra $25 for this massage----using a $75 session and paying $25 for a massage charge of $75----this is certainly not customer friendly----the whole charge of $75 should come off the session you paid $75 for----i don't understand the logic of this policy----maybe somebody can explain it to me----it's just wrong----now here's the funny part----the reason i have extra sessions is because i didn't stop paying for my sessions when the location was closed due to covid----i did this to help support this location since they still had rent and utilities to pay for-----the whole thing is just too hard to believe----i will use up my extra sessions as quickly as possible without trying to lose any money and never get in this position again---for this 1 time due to this policy i would give a...

I spoke to a manager named Robert there, who yelled at me on the phone, consistently belittled me, and spoke over me. He spoke to me as if he didnāt care what I had to say or what the problem was, it was going to be his word over mine. He was not willing to help the customer at all. And whatās worse, it was over the most insignificant thing that could have been easily resolved. What made matters worse is that he told me that he could have potentially solved my problem, and CHOSE not to. I am still flabbergasted and disgusted at the way that I was treated especially from someone who is supposed to be an example of a role model in leadership.
