They beg for tips. Awful experience:

I was lured by their enticing $50 per hour offer. Little did I know that beneath this seemingly attractive price lies an unsettling truth.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this visit would be anything but blissful. The exterior resembled a long mobile home, and the interior was far from the images portrayed on Google. Stained carpets and makeshift "massage rooms" with cheap plastic dividers and curtains to mimic privacy set the tone for a less-than-optimal ambiance.

Now, I'm no stranger to prioritizing massage quality over aesthetics, but they couldn't redeem itself with any other positive aspects. And that's just the beginning. The massage itself was a letdown; despite my request for a deep tissue treatment, it felt more like a random, light-feathered experience akin to a gentle breeze. With seven minutes to go, I had to put a stop to it as it failed to qualify as a massage.

Unfortunately, the disappointments didn't end there. Customer service was abysmal, marked by rushed interactions and lackluster energy. The language barrier prevented effective communication with the therapists, which is usually not a deal-breaker for me if the therapist genuinely cares about my needs. However, that wasn't the case here.

The pinnacle of disappointment was the relentless pursuit of tips. While I'm more than willing to tip generously for a great massage, it should be warranted. Here, the bad location, underwhelming ambiance, poor massage, and uninspiring customer service couldn't justify the suggested tips. Even worse, the staff practically mandates these tips. You'll find an expected tip chart at the reception desk, subtly coercing you to pay more than you might be comfortable with. My refusal to tip above what I felt was justified (15%) was met with insistent demands. This practice left a bitter taste in my mouth and was the impetus for this review.

In a nutshell, if you decide to visit be prepared to pay more than you bargained for. This massage center is a far cry from the relaxation haven it claims to be. Be cautious, be prepared, and be ready for an experience that may leave you disappointed, angry, and vowing...

I went there for the first time today on accident. I called beforehand thinking it was a place I had been to before that accepted walk-ins. They accepted walk-in’s but this wasn’t the same place. So here’s my review:

Location: Decent & easily found with gps.

Parking: Small parking lot shared with a dance studio and it was full. (I showed up around 6:30pm on a Friday) Thankfully someone was leaving (they parked on the street) and I was able to take that spot.

Service: Very friendly and polite. My masseuse, May, was so sweet she even complimented my curly hair & we joked about me giving her some of it lol

Ambiance: Not the most glamorous of places. Could definitely use an upgrade. Rooms are separated by walls that don’t reach the ceiling so you can hear slapping, groans, conversations, timer, phone etc. They did have some relaxing music playing. If you can drown all of the other stuff out, you’ll be fine.

Massage: My massage was amazing. I felt very relaxed at the end and could’ve fallen asleep on that table. There were a few moments when the massage was a little painful but I didn’t speak up because I’m tough damn it! Plus, I had knots in my shoulders and some areas are just sensitive for me. I’m sure if I mentioned something to my new best friend, May, she would’ve eased up a little.

Pricing: Standard massage prices. I paid $50 for an hour massage & tipped my bff $20.

Rating: I only gave it 4 stars because of the ambiance, parking & slightly painful moments but overall, the massage was great and I would...

Worst experience and I wanted to punch something getting out of this place. I got a full body massage and ended up with bruises from the back of my neck till upper back. The pressure was immense and there was no particular targeting area where you’d feel the actual relaxation of a massage. I was constantly squirming in pain and the lady just kept going until I would ask her to reduce the pressure.

She used her thumbs ONLY to put all the pressure concentrated into a sharp point area which almost felt like she was pinching me very hard! This went around to my neck where it got sore the next day. I asked her to focus on my feet more but she ended up using this horrible painful technique on my shins!! The hot stone wasn’t kept on my body for long time but was just swiftly moved around and removed. We were a group of friends and each of us had different experiences with the hot stone time and duration.

To top it all, the arrogance of the staff forcing us to pay the tips of minimum 25% was just atrocious. the vibe of the place and the number of staff scared me into leaving a 20% tip which is the worst feeling ever!

Please avoid this place and there are way better massage...

Andy was amazing with my massage today. I had problems with the left side of my back and informed him about it. He focused on that well and even had enough time to be able to give me a full body massage within the hour. If you’re a fan of hard deep tissue massages he is definitely one to go to. If you’re not a fan you can absolutely ask him for a medium or request someone else. I loved how he didn’t rush unlike some massage therapists I’ve been to in other locations. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good massage that isn’t rushed.

Service was horrible. I apparently had the receptionist and she kept stopping my massage over three times. The place was really loud and there was no way it could be relaxing for anyone. She had the nerve to ask for a tip after I told her how unprofessional her service was and she still insisted on asking me to leave a tip.
