Joy2U Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Edison

I love this place!! I moved a few years a go from near the city and couldn't find a good bubble tea place by me. I drive a little over 25 minutes away and totally worth every minute of the drive!! 😍🥰❤️ Their teas are amazing! They have an awesome variety of options if you're not into certain topings/textures and totally have healthier alternatives that's been very helpful to my digestive system (might have even kept me away from the ER from all the stress, in my opinion)! They dont just have the cool fruity sweet drinks (Passion Fruite, Mango, strawberry, lychee, etc.), but I also love their topings (aloe, chia seeds, coffee jelly, etc.)!

By far, my favorites are the Jasmine Honey Green Tea with Aloe & Chia seeds, The classic Taro Milk Tea with Boba, Passion Fruit Slushi with Chia seed!! And of course their "Special Menu" they have in the store like green apple, etc.!

Starbucks has competition (and this is coming from a Starbucks fan) 😋 👌 Perfect levels of caffeine without the shakes! And you can still keep it low...

Their selection is very big with lots of different types of boba. And fruit and milk teas. The menu was in English and another language.

I wanted to ask which language it was in but the employees didn't really speak to the customers outside of a curt request for the order and questioning what specific things the customers wanted added. There wasn't much interaction so make customers feel welcomed, persay. I felt a little intimidated to ask any kind of friendly question and I don't know if I was reading too much into their distancing or what.

No dine-in currently. The machines they use for shaking things up and whatnot are pretty cool but it's hard to see it because of the plastic divider.

The place looked very cool and like it'd be a nice place to visit especially if they allowed dine-in.

Our drinks were good and tasty. I got Taro slush with tapioca boba. My sister got mango pineapple JT with mango popping boba. Her drink had a lot of jelly at the bottom that was hard to drink...
