El Mirage Alto — Attraction in El Mirage

I decided to run a little test this year last year I decided between November of 22 all the way up through March of 23 I ended up my pool and I filled it back up again my sewer went up to from 26 a month to $32 a month I know that we had somewhat of a water raid increase but I don't find it Justified when this year it's the same as last year same water you should with only two people in the home representative comes back and said oh you have a leak or you have like maybe there's some leak going on well something's fishy going on with the city of El Mirage and I advise everyone to do a full investigation on there water bill but if you don't care what you pay it's okay my thing is that it's about time that everything that El Mirage does is outsourced anyway either they step up with the program or take liability for their actions so be aware of your water bill because they love to hide fees they love to hide things up and on top of that they really ain't that much people on the field so I give you guys a one star should not even give you that and thank you Diane for being so professional you are well trained to say...

I would give no stars if I could. They just shut my water off because I was suppose to pay them yesterday and forgot... They gave no notice, and it was shut off in less than 24 hrs after missing my payment. I called today to ask why my water was off and they told me I missed my payment yesterday.. I asked them why I wasn't notified of the shut off and I was informed that they didn't have to do that. Pretty sure that's illegal... It is. They then told me I had to pay a fee to get it turned back on and there may or may not be someone out here today to turn it back on.... Someone needs to report these people! I've tried but I can't...

Paid same day service to change water to my new house on move out day… was a Thursday… never turned on water and now it’s been three days since they’re closed on Friday. NO WATER! And paid an additional fee! NO EMERGANCY NUMBER TO CALL FOR WATER IN ARIZONA. Terrible company, terrible way to operate. People dying on the street for what related illness but if it’s between Thursday and Monday you’re sol for water....
