11:11 EP TX — Attraction in El Paso

The events are good, but there are several things that could be improved. The most important is the ventilation. Yesterday I went, and at 12:30 pm, there was no air conditioning. Many people had even left, and if you go outside to get some fresh air, you can't get in. It's unacceptable that you pay up to $30 or $40 and they don't even consider ventilation. Second, the decor could be much better; the bathrooms only have a small mirror. They should take advantage of this so people can take photos in a good spot. They need more lights to put on a good show, especially in the back. A lot of people go there to spend money, and I feel like they're very stingy. I know we're in El Paso, but there are better events in other places paying those prices. I hope you take my comment seriously...

Waited in line for more than an hour. Fire Marshall’s showed up and weren’t letting anyone in saying there were at capacity & threatening to shut the entire event down. Everyone in line had a valid ticket so how could the venue be at capacity when they sold all these tickets? They finally started letting people in at 12 (as the main headliner was beginning) but only letting 20 people at a time in. There was no place to move and it was definitely over capacity. The security is unprofessional and walk around the place aggressively pushing through crowds and kicking people out over nothing. I’ve been to so many raves throughout the years and a promoter like SMG events would never ever do this!! Will never be going to any more events...

Waited in line for an hour and a half. Fire Marshall’s showed up and weren’t allowing people to enter, so we were standing in the same spot for an hour. They were letting people in one by one as people left. Not sure how they could be at capacity with over 200 people still in line. Keep In mind this was at 22:40. So there was still many people arriving. Apparently this is a common occurrence at this club. The venue is pretty small compared to the many other venues I have gone to. Some of the Security / Bouncers at this venue are very very unprofessional. I guarantee this will be the first and last time me and my friends go to...
