Fast & Easy. The girl in the front of the library checks to make sure you have the right documents (application, printed copy of passport, ID & birth certificate) she makes sure the application is filled out correctly, they only accept MONEY ORDERS for the passport & CASH ONLY for the application process fee. ($35 application $45 with the photo.) The man Marcos was very nice & thorough, he also explained the application to myself & was super fast. With the main library closed, for those of us who live in the downtown area, this is a good library. ( for seniors and the disabled who no longer drive and can't get to other libraries that are further away.)
