I like the rooms and price was fair. My only complaint is that house keeping came into our room with out knocking and I was naked changing cloths for a funeral in the bathroom and my partner had just shorts on. I jumped and I was upset. I went to talk to the front desk and they said I needed to talk to Sergio and that they would make a note for him to contact me. No one did. I don’t think I will return during spring break and I saw some nice hotels off George dieter heading to Montana ave. Other than the invasion of my privacy I did feel safe leaving my car parked in the back of the building. The breakfast was actually amazing because it offered hot and cold meals. The place was pretty clean and when I did interact with the front desk they were friendly. I was so worried the whole time I was at my grandpas funeral that they were going to go in my room again and take something. I guess it just made my wonder why they came in with out knocking the first time. We were staying for three nights and two days. I had o my been there one night when this happen. The view of the mountains is nice and it really is easy access to restaurants and fast food places. If you are visiting make sure to check out trans mountain. And scenic view. I always loved going there when I was a kid.

This place is nice! Right off the 10, so easy to access when you're traveling. Near a big shopping center and a lot of restaurants, so plenty of places to eat or kill time. The room itself was nice. The beds were really uncomfortable, so they were hard to sleep on. But plenty of space! Shower was nice as well! Bathroom had a decent amount of space. When we were there, though, the elevators malfunctioned. When we arrived, only one worked. When we left, neither of them worked. It was rough, as they malfunctioned right before we checked out. We were on the 4th floor and had to take the stairs up to the room and back down to the parking lot. That was rough. If you choose to stay here, call ahead to make sure their elevators work. Otherwise, it wasn't a terrible stay!

Walked in to friendly and helpful front desk staff. They had us in and out and up to our room in no time! Hubs and I ended up in a 2 queen bed sure, which was large and well laid out. Spacious bathroom with the usual amenities. In room Keurig makes single serve cups and, what I appreciated, decaffeinated tea for the evening! Good selection if channels on the TV and very comfy bed. Typical Holiday Inn breakfast, lots of delicious choices. There's an indoor pool, we didn't use it but other guests were. And there's a snack area by the front desk you can but snacks from. Highly recommend!

This makes the third time I've had to resubmit my review per ihg legal reasons. More over because they don't like what was written. I haven't submitted a single word of untruth. Rest assured it will be submitted to the web.

It would be unreasonable to expect better than usual service at this hotel. We realize its level of comfort However we do desire a certain level of decorum from employees. Upon check-in I had to request two keys. I explained to the clerk that my husband and I both needed one. Hey not the end of the world. I think if she were listening then I wouldn't have needed to request the second key again. We get to our room and begin cleaning and unpacking. My husband noticed a weird bugs in the room. We called front desk and the clerk arrived about ten minutes later. She didn't believe they were bed bugs. She stated she believed they were local bugs coming out for fall. She indicated as well they were probably from the previous guest. We were offered a discount to stay or a new room. We chose a new room, we didn't want to risk taking anything home. She brought us a cart and we left 312 and went to 221. The room was OK and gave us a view of Juarez and the mountains. However we also were exposed to the noise of a busy I-10. I'm sure IHG has money to to put noise reduction windows in, because it felt like we were on I-10 at times it was so noisy. We noticed that most of this location needs a makeover. Aesthetics are part of what guest pay for. We noticed poor wallpaper, stained carpet (appeared greasy in spots). At the entrance to the room were loose tiles. Again you guys aren't 5 star but that's a safety hazard. No we didn't tell staff because your clerk walked right in to 221 with us and made sure no bugs were found. The loose tiles were obvious every time we entered or exited. We stayed 3 days without having our room serviced. Initially we thought maybe it was due to staffing. However my husband quickly pointed out that two women were cleaning the entire second floor. He actually had to ask housekeeping after he noticed we got skipped a third time. The second night he didn't want to complain and asked the front desk clerk for towels. All she said was sorry sir they should have cleaned it and gave him the towels. Of course as mentioned it still wasn't cleaned until he addressed the housekeeping staff. Our third night was intriguing. We don't know if it was party central or what. Our neighbor in 219 was rocking out for over an hour. My husband called the front desk for ten minutes and they didn't answer, until he called on his cell. He began explaining the problem and was curtly cut off by the clerk who said you're in 221, I'll be up shortly and hung up. My husband went to hallway and waited but she never came. About twenty minutes later she must have called because the music went down some. About 45 minutes later we could hear the neighbor leaving. I believe day four we were readying to go out. I forgot something and my husband went ahead to warm our vehicle. As he sat there a housekeeper came by with a luggage cart. The very same ones that we put our luggage on. She had trash piled two feet high. My husband witnessed the wind blow a bag off. He said when she picked it up there was trash juice coming from the bag. She just put it back as it dripped all over the cart. We are sure it wasn't sanitized afterwards. Needless to say my husband carried our luggage out upon checkout. This was our experience during our stay. The comments about the hotel needing a makeover is obviously our opinion. The rest of the incidents we believe...

Firstly it would be unreasonable to expect five star service at this hotel. We release its not at that level of comfort. However we do desire a certain level of decorum from employees.
