I have never tried this place before, this was my first and last time. The person who took my order asked and reached at least 3 times for each thing and it was a simple order. I left and got home to find they forgot something in my order that I repeated twice. At least they didn't charge me but now the person with me didn't have their food because of their mess up. So this left a bad tast in my mouth as many times as I repeated myself my order shouldn't have been wrong. Also I had an actual bad taste in my mouth the ingredients don't seem fresh and all the lettuce and spinach etc. Looked like it was going bad. The carne asada tasted horrible and the mandarins were even worse. The only thing I enjoyed was the way the inside looked. I had to pour my salad on a plate and take out all the nasty withering lettuce definitely not even worth the price. I paid 30 for just my salad 2 drinks, and a soup. Thats for one person. Just wanted to add I should've read the reviews first because people are correct, customer service lacks, and no one helps you or knows what to do, I also spoke to the guy in psanish and he kept speaking to me in English so I kept speaking in English but he messed up my order anyway when I called to speak to the manager they gave excuses and didn't want to help me so I'm never going back not even to any of the...

Went this evening and aside from the lack of customer service from the first girl who helped us, looking miserable having to make our salads I also had to ask the purpose of the gloves she was wearing if she was touching the microwave, fridge and the chicken container to pour more chicken into the container on the counter and using her gloved hand to scoop the remaining protein onto the spoon to put into our bowls. I made sure to address this to the assistant manager and asked if this was common practice, she proceeded to say yes. I asked if they touched the microwave and fridge without gloves and she also said yes, so I asked why it was being touched with gloves being used to handle our food. I asked her if she would pass a health inspection if there was an inspector there ordering food that way and she said she wasn’t sure. How are managers/assistance managers not sure on what is considered passing when it comes to the safe handling of food? This is how people get sick.
