The staff at this store are absolutely fantastic, which is commendable considering the ineptitude of the store management and general management. If there are any kind of limits that are supposed to be in a system that are in the sales of items of products control, it should be setup in the POS SYSTEM, not by having ineptitude middle management trying to explain something that they themselves do not understand. And then to have the store manager contact you to inform you that she does not even know what kind of POS control that I am informing her about, that describes to me that there is an issue with training above this level. When trying to inquire about the store manager's superior, I was informed that she was not able to be contacted for the week. My question is, what kind of upper management do they have in these high paying positions that a military veteran cannot contact management in a timely manner in a vital issue that apparently involves many people besides myself. At the local level, the supervisor wanted the name of an employee that assisted me a week before that helped find a flaw in the system, not to commend her. But they wanted her name to write her up and fire her. WHAT KIND OF INFERIOR MANAGEMENT IS RUNNING THE LONG BEACH EXCHANGE... LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! PEOPLE THAT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE, AND THEN SEND THE UPPER MANAGEMENT THE SCHOOL TO LEARN THEIR OWN POS SYSTEM. STARTING WITH COURTNEY ESCOBEDO (REGIONAL MANAGER), LINDA ( STORE MANAGER) and IRENE (SUPERVISOR) probably just needs to be a clerk or a shelf stocker. But I've only been in management since 1980, so I may be incorrect, but I...

Well, the visitor registration office was closed on the weekends so we came back today. I walked in, and the gentleman behind the counter was very abrupt and rude, “Where are you trying to go? Why do you need this pass? Do you have anyone with you?” Well I brought my mom and thought I would just be her sponsor while on base to shop. But she had to come in and get a day pass. We gave him our information and the process took so long. I think we were there waiting for about 30 minutes. Finally when we got the day pass and registered my car, he tells us that the commissary is closed today. THATS what we came there for in the first place. Our plans were ruined but after that encounter, I didn’t feel like shopping there any way. Next time, I’ll just go to Port Hueneme. I had a much better...
