Hello, Today 07/02/2024 approximately at 9pm I was waiting for my time to order some food and I was vilely ignored and mistreated at this Panda express located in LAX's Tom Bradley International Terminal. It was my turn in the service line, I kindly informed the employee that I did not eat rice or noodles. that only what I wanted was Kung Pao Chicken and Teriyaki chicken, immediately without him directing me or indicating anything, he simply ignored me, giving way to a congestion because I was left in the air with no one to attend to me, his supervisor Alejandro Cruz immediately took his employee's side when I complained that he had ignored me and contemptuously asked me what I wanted to eat, without even caring about what was happening, while serving me he recommended that I could go somewhere else, very rude, very unprofessional and without any concept of what it is to serve a client. Immediately another of his employees started yelling at me and I had no choice but to respond in the same way because apparently no one wanted to listen to me, they simply wanted to pass the situation off as unnoticed. I don’t know but I felt racism for the first time, and I felt bad coming from Latino people and immigrants like me. Finishing paying I informed the supervisor that I was going to write a report, he without any interest simply told me to do it, without any desire to fix the situation Things like this should not happen, apparently today's businesses take their clientele for granted and some really don't care and it was evident when Alejandro Cruz, the supervisor, simply without any hesitation recommended that I go somewhere else giving me the idea of that the only way to get some food at that place, you just take it or leave it. I know that we are not perfect and that this line of work is sometimes frustrating, but many times we forget who we owe to and we lose respect...

I’ve work at Panda Express before and let me tell you the way they treat their customers is MIND BLOWING. If the REGIONAL MANAGER is okay with how this Panda Express is running it should be a SERIOUS issue. Not sure why the medium cups are being sold as SMALL cups?!? Whoever the Asian lady is with her black shirt has the worst attitude! As an AM or GM you shouldn’t get upset when your customers want to wait on fresh chowmein. She stated it will be a 10-15 minute wait without asking the cook in the back, and then proceeded to throw my plate and my boyfriend’s bowl toward the cashier. I would’ve loved to order some appetizers but the experience was horrible. It shocked me how they treated us and everyone else who was ordering before/after us. The cashier was sooo rude and gave us the dirtiest attitude even proceeded to ask for a tip. Honestly, if I knew the service was this horrible I would’ve ordered at a smaller cafe. They obviously do NOT follow Panda’s mission. Which is “to deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences by building an organization where people are inspired to better their lives.” A little message to the regional manager or even a TL… please re-train this entire crew on how to NICE or come observe how rude they treat...
Read moreI love Panda Express, and Yes, I got my food, and what I ordered, but the attitude of every person working at this Panda Express was very poor. Everyone looked stressed, depressed and not engaged and were showing no kindness to their customers. It seemed like non of them really wanted to be there. I understand that prices at the airport are more expensive 🙃, but it was more than I was expecting, especially with the type of service that I got. As I was at checkout, I told the lady I had a gift card she said go ahead and try it (prior to this I checked the balance and I had money on it). So I did. It didn't work, she then told me they don't except gift cards.. okay... I pull out my card to use, and proceed to check out using my card, she then tells me that their card reader doesn't like me. So as I put my card away to pull out cash, she proceeds to yell at me saying "you can't leave here without paying" okay, I wasn't just going to leave I am literally still in my purse looking for cash. I pull out the cash and she just gives me an eye roll as if I did something wrong. I don't appreciate the attitude I received when getting the food. The food was mediocre, and the staff was awful.
