Here, the reason for the low stars, i called my order in to save time, the person who took my order gave me my total, at least what i thought my total, which i was purchasing this food for some.one else,so i gave the the total and they send me.the money. I say all of this because when i got there, ready to pay, another lady gave me my total, and it's different from the one i was given earlier, which she said it didn't reflect the tax. I work with the public so i know how sometimes things can be hectic, however if you give a total to a guest over the phone it should reflect the tax or the guest should be informed that its not included in the number. The other thing that i didn't care for was my salads, I ordered two salad, one Southwest Chicken and Cobb, i eat these salads all the time this is first the the is tried them
from here, different Locations, when they are shown on the website or even on the menu ( in-house), they slice eggs and avocados, which make the salad easy to enjoy, however these salads did not just a biolwd egg and a half avocado (not very please) with that not i have to slice up my Avocodo and egg. The last thing was i told the lady taki g my order that I wanted to take advantage of my free shake. How about got my salads ? She took another guest order, which made me have to wait for another 5- 7 mins due to the size of his order (not pleased) with that either. It is mentioned because she would not have known he was going to place such a large order. This is why she should have wrapped my order up completely before she moved on to take another order. Read moreI visited the location this morning with my wife and daughter. We placed our orders and were served shortly after. My server told me that the omlet that I ordered was a “Farmers” but I specifically asked for a veggie omelet because I do not eat meat. She then said that she wasn’t sure and left the plate. We had to then ask her to take it back to find out if it was correct. The omelet was returned and was burned on the inside. My other issue was when I mentioned that there was a pancake that was supposed to come with my meal rather than toast. My wife asked about the pancake but it never came. We waited until I was almost done eating and still no pancake. I walked back to the counter with my receipt. I asked for the pancake and one was rushed out to me. I tried to cut into it and then realized that it too was burned. I then requested to speak to the manager but she never came out. I waited five more minutes as my family waited for me to talk with her but she never came out of the kitchen. The clerk said that her name is Rosa and that she was still in the kitchen. This was my first visit to this location. I frequent other locations like the Bakersfield and Fresno locations. I have never had poor service like this. I’m not sure how the Manager’s job is not to address these type of issues but that would have made me feel much better than just being ignored. Read moreThey are into fast service and the chicken breast was of high quality but small. The large tomato slice had a hard white core left in the middle. It tasted good/ok but was difficult to eat and sloppily put together. The shakes were good (real icecream) The sandwiches for takeout were slapped together sloppy and were wrapped very sloppily and falling out into the bag. The bag was small to carry and I asked for a plastic bag as well when another server helped out, she came back to answer the question about the carrier too. When my name was called, I didn't get my 2 shakes. Although the receipt already showed it, the server came back to ask if whipped cream (no). Then I asked for a carry crate for the drinks and he didn't know how to make it work. So clearly the problem was just that this person was new and still learning in a very high paced environment. There was constant customers, and I see their commitment to speed but I would suggest more training and less flogging of the staff. In & Out is also clearly high stress and constant volume but they appear to have plenty of training before they are put under the gun. Very handy for before and after work stops on the way to and from the freeway but I probably will just go to JackInTheBox for their breakfast croissant in the morning but I may give it...
