In my opinion, this place is manipulating the odds. It's the worst and disgusting. I can tell just by looking at the picture without any explanation. I have won too little in the game. Today I play bet $3 and $4.8, and never won more than $45 in the bonus game. The highest I have won is $43, and the lowest is $7. I have played 5 bonus games today. I played a game called Buffalo Gold with $1200 and didn't play for an hour. Are other names of Caesars Casino struggling these days because they don't have money? Has the slot machine payout really become this miserable? Last weekend, I went to Grand Victoria Casino and spent $2,500. I played Buffalo Gold for only about 2 hours with $2,500. It really didn't work out. And I won 4-5 times with 4 coin bonuses. However, I didn't get more than $35. Usually, if you bet 60 cents, you get an average of $40-50 with 4 coins... Anyway, I remember this time as a casino that I shouldn't go to. It's a trash place. 04-01-25 I really. Why do I feel like this place is manipulating the odds? I came to Grand Victoria today with $1000 and never got a bonus game on the Buffalo Gold game. "Grand Victoria? This isn't just a casino; it's a meticulously crafted illusion, a stage for a grand theft orchestrated under the guise of flashing lights and enticing promises. They don't simply take your money; they bleed you dry, each agonizing drop a calculated step in their grand scheme. I walked in with a thousand dollars, a flicker of hope in my pocket, and walked out with a mocking $12.90. They transformed my hopeful gamble into a cruel, heartless joke, a stark, undeniable testament to their mastery of deception. I firmly believe, with every fiber of my being, that this place isn't just unlucky; it's rigged. One hundred percent. The odds here are as manipulated as a puppet on strings, dancing to their tune while they drain your wallet dry. And frankly, it baffles me how a major casino corporation could even acquire a place like this – it's nothing short of a glorified garbage dump. Don't be a fool. Don't let their facade fool you. This isn't entertainment; it's a meticulously planned con, a trap set for the unsuspecting. If you value your hard-earned money, if you value your sanity, turn away from Grand Victoria and never look back. Go to Rivers, go to Joliet – go anywhere but here. This place is a stain, a dark, festering wound on the very idea of what a casino should be. It doesn't deserve your presence, your money, or even your consideration. It deserves to be shunned, a pariah in the world of chance." Why this grand Victoria is trash. See the new photo. 04-08-25 "I bet $6 and got a bonus game, which resulted in 48 rounds. I barely won over $150. They're really just thieves who take people's money. I lost a total of $4,500 over the past two days, and my points only went up by $34 in total. I asked the casino, 'Can I have some food points for a meal?' but they said they could only give me just $10, so passed. For your information, my level is Diamond Elite. Some of the pictures are pretty funny, too. I also won money that was lower than my bet amount. I'm so pissed I'm going to keep coming here until I hit the jackpot. I know it's stupid but I'm going to keep posting reviews about how gross this place is until then.

My group and I called GVC earlier in the day today (Monday) to ask if they had $5 blackjack tables available for the day. We were told that there were tables available, but to our surprise when we arrived there was a single $5 blackjack table. We asked Denny the Pitboss if they would be able to open up another table for the six of us in our party but told us he was unable to do so. When walking into the casino they clearly posted that there is "Blackjack Mania" from Monday-Thursday 9:45am-11:30pm. For some reason I guess that "Mania" means a single table. It is floolish for their business to advertise this way and not accommodate for another table to be opened, especially when there were plenty of open ones available. Needless to say, we will not be back due to their poor customer service and response to our request. While talking to Denny we turned away for one second to discuss the issue with the whole group and he had already walked away in the middle of our conversation. Poor marketing and customer service skills. Will not be back. You just lost a good $600-1k. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

A great time as always. First time back since mitigation allowed reopening this second time around. The staff was diligent, attentive, and friendly. With the buyout of Caesar's Entertainment by El Dorado Gaming, which included Grand Victoria Casino, this makes dealing with my multiple player's cards and rewards programs so much easier. I don't get out to Vegas often but my choices and rewards have certainly expanded. Rumor has it the card program should be all one card across the country by the end of 2021. After a long session of gaming, getting out at 11PM, we were pleasantly surprised and enticed by the pizzeria still open. Of course we had a slice. Covid-19 restrictions were in place to the best of everyone's abilities. It's a new world but it was nice to go out and have some fun and know health and safety precautions we're enforced.

On the positive side, it is a beautiful casino. The staff have ZERO customer service skills. On a busy day, we had to wait over 45 minutes in their Crave Deli to get a sandwich. They refused to compensate a bowl of soup while we waited. The staff basically looked as us like "too bad". The line to go through on a busy day did not know where start an order, which added to the wait time. My husband has his MBA and is graduating with his Doctorate in Business had it figured out while we had to wait. When the top manager on duty was alerted to this, he didn't have a solution other than "Sorry". On the positive side, their bathrooms had a close to the opening handicap stall. Very forward thinking in that department. I would have given it no stars for their customer service. That's what makes or breaks a business.

Slot machines really don’t pay out. Save your cash and go to a local bar or tavern where you will have a much better time and will win more on the machines, unless you are playing table games. The bar is mediocre, the bar staff are uninterested and seem bored and unfriendly. Bottles of beer are $5, kinda pricey for a place that robs you while you are gambling. Bathrooms are clean, security is chill. Restaurants are overpriced and below mediocre, skip em completely and find a local restaurant or tavern in the area. Parking is great, yay! But overall, not an exciting place to spend your time and money. You will notice a few crack heads and shady ppl lurking around the area. Beware. I won’t be going back here unfortunately. Thumbs way down.👎🏻

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Haven't been here since maybe 2009 or so(?). Antique, unique casino in a historical "docked boat" on the Fox River in the Chicagoland-ish area. Not for everyone but if you're a gambler, why not? Friendly bartenders and cheap drinks.
