In my opinion, this place is manipulating the odds. It's the worst and disgusting. I can tell just by looking at the picture without any explanation. I have won too little in the game. Today I play bet $3 and $4.8, and never won more than $45 in the bonus game. The highest I have won is $43, and the lowest is $7. I have played 5 bonus games today. I played a game called Buffalo Gold with $1200 and didn't play for an hour.
Are other names of Caesars Casino struggling these days because they don't have money? Has the slot machine payout really become this miserable? Last weekend, I went to Grand Victoria Casino and spent $2,500. I played Buffalo Gold for only about 2 hours with $2,500. It really didn't work out. And I won 4-5 times with 4 coin bonuses. However, I didn't get more than $35. Usually, if you bet 60 cents, you get an average of $40-50 with 4 coins... Anyway, I remember this time as a casino that I shouldn't go to. It's a trash place.

I really. Why do I feel like this place is manipulating the odds? I came to Grand Victoria today with $1000 and never got a bonus game on the Buffalo Gold game. "Grand Victoria? This isn't just a casino; it's a meticulously crafted illusion, a stage for a grand theft orchestrated under the guise of flashing lights and enticing promises. They don't simply take your money; they bleed you dry, each agonizing drop a calculated step in their grand scheme. I walked in with a thousand dollars, a flicker of hope in my pocket, and walked out with a mocking $12.90. They transformed my hopeful gamble into a cruel, heartless joke, a stark, undeniable testament to their mastery of deception. I firmly believe, with every fiber of my being, that this place isn't just unlucky; it's rigged. One hundred percent. The odds here are as manipulated as a puppet on strings, dancing to their tune while they drain your wallet dry. And frankly, it baffles me how a major casino corporation could even acquire a place like this – it's nothing short of a glorified garbage dump. Don't be a fool. Don't let their facade fool you. This isn't entertainment; it's a meticulously planned con, a trap set for the unsuspecting. If you value your hard-earned money, if you value your sanity, turn away from Grand Victoria and never look back. Go to Rivers, go to Joliet – go anywhere but here. This place is a stain, a dark, festering wound on the very idea of what a casino should be. It doesn't deserve your presence, your money, or even your consideration. It deserves to be shunned, a pariah in the world of chance."
Why this grand Victoria is trash. See the new photo. 04-08-25 "I bet $6 and got a bonus game, which resulted in 48 rounds. I barely won over $150. They're really just thieves who take people's money. I lost a total of $4,500 over the past two days, and my points only went up by $34 in total. I asked the casino, 'Can I have some food points for a meal?' but they said they could only give me just $10, so passed. For your information, my level is Diamond Elite. Some of the pictures are pretty funny, too. I also won money that was lower than my bet amount.
I'm so pissed I'm going to keep coming here until I hit the jackpot. I know it's stupid but I'm going to keep posting reviews about how gross this place...
Read moreI will never ever return to this casino in my life. I am a seven star member and gamble all across the country. I have never ever been treated as poorly as I have at the Grand Victoria by the security team. Michael would not give me his last name but indicated he was in charge of security at the time. He was the individual who approached me as I entered the Laurel lounge and ask for my identification. I asked, for what purpose? He explained to me that he thought I might be the guy that was thrown out last Saturday in the poker room. I explained to him that I was not here last Saturday and it couldn't possibly be me. He insisted that I give him my identification to determine that I was not the individual in question that he was looking for. While he went to the poker room or somewhere to figure out who he was looking for, I was essentially detained by the large, bald security guard while Michael went for a walk. I asked Michael why he hadn't gotten the name of the individual in question prior to stopping and accosting me and he didn't have an answer. I am beyond outraged at the treatment I received at the Grand Victoria casino. I live in Rockford and have a brand new Hard Rock Casino to play at. When I travel to Las Vegas I do my best to avoid Caesar's properties...MGM treats me much better, significantly higher freeplay: I receive $55 at Caesar's and $750 at MGM. They don't make me beg for a suite and at the end of my stay I simply see the host on duty at any MGM property and the answer has always been the correct one, all taken care of at Aria...I feel like I'm trying to buy a used car at Caesar's properties. I have been in customer service my entire life and I can tell you this: if you continue to treat people and players the way I have been treated you will run out of players very very quickly. I have personally spoken to many many players who have jumped ship and have moved to MGM, many who lamented the fact that they were forced to do so. If Dennis Weber would be kind enough to contact me regarding the ridiculous treatment I received today I would be very appreciative. My host is Jeffrey Yasko,I believe he should...
Read moreI put my money in an empty slot machine between 2 really nice people. I don't gamble at all so I have no idea how these things work. Turns out there was already credit on the machine and I ended up adding about $30 to what was already on there (I'm guessing someone forgot to cash out) after a while cashed out and stuck around with my mom and bf for a couple hours. Being 7 months pregnant I was ready to go I got stopped before leaving my security (he was respectful) explained to me that someone said that their slot money was stolen. I told him what happened and explained I didnt realise that until after I've been playing and already put my money in and won extra money and that. After doing the math I told him I had no problem paying what was already on there when I walked up but they insisted they take all the money. I wasn't causing a scene. I was being polite then the manager came up and started calling me a thief and that it's not finders keepers. And he said they saw on camera what I cashed out and he didn't care that I have put my own money into it. He was extremely rude to me. My mom then asked if we can see the video and he instantly pulled his phone out and said he's calling the cops and we can deal with theft charges and lawyer fees... I felt like the security guards were embarrassed by the way he was talking to me because I'm pregnant and had no idea about the previous money before putting mine in. It was an honest mistake. My mom got pissed and pulled out thousands of dollars (she's a huge VIP player there) threw the money they demanded at them and said keep the rest as a tip and we walked off. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. All I wanted was my small amount of money back. I will never gamble at this place ever again and I hope the security manager gets what's coming to him....
