High Haven Dispensary - Elgin — Attraction in Elgin

Place seems like a big scam honestly. Never asked for ID at the counter where you order, didn’t show us the price of anything, didn’t show us the product, and the “lady” or whatever she is was honestly the most ignorant person we’ve ever encounter at a dispensary. Pretty pathetic person. Go somewhere else if you can.

Also, why does this place have 300+ reviews in 2 weeks and they’re all 5 stars…..kinda seems shady.

When I tried to contact Hunter from corporate I left my information with this location & the person over this location lied to the police because I tried to file a complaint. They falsified a 911 call saying i threatened the employees but never stated what the threat was. This is poor service because I was regular at this dispensary for 3 years and they lied to the police just to not have me as a customer instead of apologizing for the behavior I received from the other location. Lying to the police about false accusations is weird & it’s unfair seeing all I wanted was corporate to reach out. I have visited several dispensaries and I have never had any kind of problem. But when I visit this place. There is always a problem paying with my own bank card. And today was no different. Since there are always problems paying I went to the ATM to withdraw money and received a phone call to my personal cell phone. And the employee told me that I am not authorized to make phone calls. For that reason I already think I should go back to spend my money in this place.
