National Furniture Inc — Attraction in Elgin

This company is terrible never will I ever buy from this company!!!! I went and bought a vanity it was in horrible shape, and it was cheap wood !!! I went back to return it and they were blaming me saying I did the damages when it was already made by them !!!! Unprofessional of them blaming the buyer when it was them who did it !!!! They are so nice when you buying the furniture but when you go make a claim there, they don't even answer and they only give you excuses and attitude, To make it worse they where saying they will return my money by check how ??? If I payed by card I expect to get cash back, the owner was giving me attitude and being rude telling me I had to wait till someone came to give me a check!! after i got my money he was smiling like if it was something funny !! I bet you what ever that vanity I bought will go back to display !!! So unprofessional really don’t recommend anyone coming here !!!! Save your self a trip! Go somewhere else that sells better stuff for the price its...

I was shopping around for about 4 months from store to store looking for a matress set for me and one for my son. Plus a bigger kitchen table. I went into this store 3 different times before I decided on a mattess set for myself. I have back problems, I finally picked out a casper matress set and since day one Ive had no back issues. These people our very friendly and compassion and not pushy at all. There prices oir amazing. All for under $1000 i got 2 matress sets with bottom frames and a new kitchen table which I love. I will refer family and friends anytime.. Im very picky on things and i try to never buy on impulse.....I went to 8 different bed stores, I didnt care for any of the sets, plus customer service low and very pushy.... I give you guys 100 percent .... Thank you again.. PLUS BONUS, SAME...

So I left a positive review almost a year ago about the corsicana firm mattress I purchased. Unfortunately, the mattress has since gone downhill. It sags and feels like an uncomfortable sponge. The firmness has not held up as Im now achey and unable to sleep well.Im typing this on my lazyboy as this will be my new bed for a few days. This mattress was made nearby in Aurora.I will be off purchasing a new one elsewhere, Im not going to try and utilize the 10 year warranty as it will be a hassle.The second box spring that was delivered was refunded within 30 days as it was poorly made , it was so loud and squeaky.
