My experience here was not good. Nick is a rude person. He is also not honest and not considerate. I called in a day before to book an appointment for the next day afternoon, he refused me from booking an appointment, he said because I booked last year and cancelled I will not be allowed to book an appointment but I can call same day and he will tell me to come. Because I only just moved here and still looking for a reliable nail tech, I decided to let his alterations slide. The next day I called in the morning to ask him if I can come by 1pm, he said I should call at 12:45pm and he will let me know. By 12:48pm I called and he said he just took another customer and that he will call me when he is close to finishing, I told him I intended to have my pedicure done so I can come and start with pedicure while he finishes the other person he said I could come. I got there and he asked someone to start my pedicure, after pedicure I saw him taking another customer and I interrupted him and asked why he is taking someone else when he asked me to wait for his current customer, he got argumentative and said I booked last year and didn’t come so he was not gonna honour any appointment, I explained that I messaged to cancel last time I booked him because I had an emergency with my new born and it is okay to cancel appointments when you have emergency as they are not planned.he dismissed my explanation and said “will you wait or not”, I told him he was rude and not honest, he said “okay I am not making your nails”. I used the ATM on site as I saw plastered all over the shop with messages of payments and awareness of extra charges if you don’t pay cash, I kept my bag in the store while I picked a call outside briefly, he yelled at me and thought I was leaving with his money, I told him my bag and car key are on the chair there, I just wanna pick a call privately. I came back in and paid for my pedicure and tipped the tech, he said if I can wait for like 15min he will do my nails. The customer he was attending to spoke to me nicely and I decided to wait. While he was doing my nails he was going at it with some customers that didn’t say or ask questions he liked. I discovered he is problematic and unapologetically rude. I showed him the part of my nail that wasn’t covered with polish or top coat and he dismissed my concerns and said it is fine. I finished and paid full amount plus tip. People like Nick have to be held accountable as he lacks customer support/care. Watch this man come on here to lie about being satisfied with his work and all that yari yari. He can’t take any form of constructive criticism. He is a fighter and very argumentative. A pathological liar. Shame.

Let me tell you all about my last and final experience at this nail salon. I've been going to Nick for a while now I've gone to shop to shop with him. I was a very loyal customer this last time. I will never step back into that mans shop. I got my nails done hand and feet and he got upset because I didn't have cash to pay him. I told him I only had card he requested that I go take money at the ATM. I can't do that its a CC. He got so mad and he wouldn't take the card so we started arguing about his form of payment, finally he accepts the card. this man chases me outside to the street mind you he got paid. The card went through said approved. He chases me out to the street would not let me leave because he said I needed to sign the receipt mind you there was no signature line on the receipt I said I will not be signing the receipt. He says I need to give him my license. I said I will not give him my license Mind you he known me for years I've always paid him. I always tipped him. I even tipped his niece because she would do my feet always tipped her also. I had to call the police to get this man from in front of my car because he would not let me leave ladies beware of this man and if you do not like his service, you leave him one star he will have your picture in his shop saying you left him one star. The whole time I was getting my nails done. He was calling me weird because I felt like he would up charge me for basic things that I asked for meanwhile he's doing these elaborate designs for someone else and it's the price is cheaper than mine. I was always loyal to him and I felt like he started doing that because I would never have a problem paying him because I like I like the service I was going to him for a long time. Ladies, he will up charge you. He will have your pictures if you don't leave a good review of his shop.

Response You are a liar run why would I run if I paid you . You tried to hold me hostage after you got paid because you were un happy about the form of payment . I had to call the POLICE on you … even they laughed and said you were crazy… As far as tip NICK DON’T YOU EVER LIE I TIP YOU EVERY SINGLE TIME EXCEPT FOR THIS LAST TIME BECAUSE YOU DID SOME BULLSHIT. Why would I tip you I was loyal hell I would tell people about your shop. Bring you customers show off my nails and let people know about you so stop it … he wont tell the truth like please nick I dont have a reason to lie … like you said I was a 10 year customer why would I have to call the police on you why would we have any issue with you ( again loyal) because you wanted to up the price on me for same exact designs I have gotten previously in spans of 3 months you were very un loyal nick you used to call and text me because I was one of your best clients and you know it you trying to di me dirty because people have been doing fraud to you But that dont have nothing to do with me. I ve been your client for 10 years like you say never gave you an issue with payment cash or card so again ladie beware he doesnt really get traction at his new shop so he changes the price every time also he has not seen 500 customers for it to have 500 5 star reviews...

I recently visited Cherry & Lily Nail Salon, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, and the salon’s chic and modern decor instantly made me feel at ease.

My appointment started right on time, and the technician was incredibly professional and attentive. I opted for a gel manicure, and the level of care and precision she demonstrated was truly impressive. Each nail was perfectly shaped and polished, with no streaks or bubbles in sight. The range of colors and designs available was also fantastic, making it easy to find exactly what I wanted.
