Discrimination / unfair treatment

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the discriminatory treatment I experienced at your establishment last night. I visited with a friend, and after ordering food, we decided to purchase a bottle to enjoy our evening. Around 11 p.m., when the DJ (DJ Wally) arrived, I approached the DJ booth to request a song. Up until that point, your staff had freely played various songs of their choice, so I expected that my request would be accommodated. However, after waiting approximately 20 minutes with no response, I returned to politely ask again, only to be met with a shocking and unprofessional reaction.

The DJ’s assistant suddenly removed me from the premises without any explanation and called the police. My friend, who remained inside, had no idea what was happening. When the police arrived, I was told I was causing a disturbance and was not allowed back inside. Despite the fact that I was calm, fully sober, and well within my rights, I was treated with disrespect and discrimination. The DJ assistant even falsely claimed to be the owner. I am appalled at how the situation was handled and how the police simply took the assistant’s word without investigating or checking the establishment’s cameras, which would clearly show the events as they unfolded. Fantastic bar at anytime on any day. Great atmosphere, music is awesome. On most days there is a DJ. The bartenders are beautiful, nice and friendly. Service is great. The owners and managers are nice and friendly. It's definitely my favorite spot right now, and I think the best spot if you just want to relax without the super crazy crowds elsewhere. It does get crowded but it's the right type of crowd, you can still move around. The food is excellent too. My only wish is that there were more food choices as everything on the menu is good. This place is just not what it used to be. It's become some sort of scam bar. On a Saturday night you will find this place with the music so loud you can bearly think. I was here recently with 3 friends. I ordered 4 single shot casamigos and club soda after being ignored for 10 minutes by the bartenders. The check they gave me read 140$. After trying the drink it tasted like well tequila. I was later told by a friend outside that they charge 160$ for a bottle. Why did they not tell me for 20$ more I could have done this? I'll tell you. It's because they are terrible bartenders. Just overall horrible experience. Don Felix is a far better option for a night out. They at least won't try to just...
