Ritz Motel — Hotel in Elizabeth

Went there to spend the night. The price seemed reasonable and the room looked decent. First problem: the air conditioning was too cold. I called front desk and she suggested I crack the window open. No problem. I lied down, watched tv for a few minutes and then turned it off. I tossed for about an hour and couldn't fall asleep. The a/c sounded like a generator was in the room. I went down to help desk and she said to turn it off. I went back and thought "no way, it's too hot." I went back and told her I was checking out and asked for a refund. She quickly pointed to a sign stating no refunds. I told her i was barrly there an hour and that that was theft. She basically said too bad. STAY AWAY. You're better off paying a little more and getting satisfied. THEY ARE THIEVES. It's one thing to get service and then complain, but I was there about ONE hour. If you drive a little more you'll find plenty...

If you want to have quick hours okay but extended stay how I did two weeks horrible the cleaning staff are great makes room smells good and they don't touch anything you leave in the room blonde lady in office has such an attitude! But they treated me normal just her way of looking answering like she didn't want to do her job and you have to pay each day not weekly they ask u to pay every single day it's annoying they will ring the phone by 10:20 for you to wake up to go pay ridiculous let the person rest & they will re re the same bed covers on I had to ask change mines like three times seriously not really good...

This was the most horrible, disgusting place i hve Been in my life. The front desk lady (older blonde lady). Was so rude and disrespectful. She swore at me Infront of my child..... the room was gross. It had not been cleaned and there was poop in the toilet. When my child turned the TV on it was porno on the tv. Literally only porn channels. Never come here. I can Only imagine what happens...
