I came in to ONLY get my nose jewelry changed for only a couple weeks later to end up with an infection. The piercing artist San, who changed the jewelry struggled to insert the nose rings attempting multiple times leaving my nose sore for 2 weeks. I knew something was off but disregarded it. I asked if the jewelry could be cut so that it wouldn’t stick out of my nose to which she advised was okay to do and told me to come back since she had to order the cutting pliers off Amazon and would come the following week. I came back in to get the jewelry cut, and noticed that she also struggled to cut it, once again forcing/ removing the jewelry to get it in. Weeks after getting the jewelry cut my nose began to throb for 2 days straight. On the third day, I woke up to a huge bump with the piercing site filled with puss. I went to my doctor, and then a reputable piercer who informed me that the jewelry was not titanium grade jewelry for starters.There were broken pieces of the jewelry in the piercing hole and was told that the jewelry should’ve not been cut because it was cutting my skin causing the infection. Not to mention because she forced/was removing the jewelry multiple times she expanded my piercing hole. When I went to a more reputable piercer I was also informed that it was cheap and was probably brought from Amazon. I do not recommend coming here for a piercing or even...

On top of all that, Sandra is just an awesome person to be around. She gives off such good vibes that you’ll want to keep coming back—not just for her work but for the experience as a whole. Honestly, whether she’s piercing or tattooing, there’s no one else I’d rather get “poked” by.

Just overall bad experience made an appointment sent the deposit, appointment was set for 9/19/25 I made this appointment weeks in advance the artist claimed they could do the tattoos and do it the way we wanted me and my wife. I had to ask 3 times for an image of what he will do took him 3 times to get me a rough draft for it to not even come close to what was asked for then claims he couldnt wrap his head around the tattoo that the clients vision isnt a good one and doesnt work yet never tried only used the images provided as reference (asked for artist to make the dragon couldnt even do it) now its 4 days away from the appointment and I am told they cant do it the way we wanted then gave us a rough draft nowhere near close to what was asked. Upon requesting refund was told i had to wait days for it mind you i sent it via zelle if i never got it done should be a 123 refund back. The artist then gets upset and argues with me on text as if I caused an issue, if you cant do it you should have stated that earlier than have me wait and assume we’d take whatever we get poor customer service all around from artist.
