Great little park, kids friendly. Take my son every now and then to the playground. There is also a nice waterfront deck, less than a mile long. Refreshing morning run or walk, view across to Staten Island is ok. Occasionally you will see big container ships loading/unloading...

What a wonderful transition from the boardwalk area that was here before. The park is a great place to visit and watch the tug boats work up and down...
