We celebrated our son's birthday here yesterday Mar/02/2022 and it was a great success. There are so many different zones for kids to jump, slide so even with 3-4 parties you will not feel crowded. Party room was very cleaned and sanitized, had proper place to put coats/jackets, outside room have proper space to keep shoes. In every party room, there is a refrigerator to keep cakes, soda, water etc cooling. Party favors for kids are okayish, but they serve pizza, ice cream and juices or lemonade for kids which is good. Being on weekday, I can't see much crowd so all kids had great fun. All slide and jumping area was very clean.
Best part, don't need to bring cutlery, disposable, table cloth, lighter, cake knife, pizza serving etc from outside, trampoline park staff will provide you that for adults food as well. We ordered adult food from outside but staff helped to serve that and provided cutlery for that as well.
Mr. Shawn was assigned to us, and he was very great help. He helped from table arrangements to cake cutting everything. Would highly recommend for toddler birthday party!
Only two improvements, we recommend: One has to watch their own kid all the time as they don't have big staff, barely 3-4 people. So no one to watch in trampoline area. There is too much extra stuff like torn pads etc in outside of jumping area, which is not safe for kids if they go...
Read moreI came here for a birthday party. The place is clean. There is a lot of stuff for the kids to do and space to run around and burn energy. The service was attentive as far as the party went. I can’t say the same for the trampoline portion. It seems as if there is only enough staff for parties and that’s it. There is no supervision at the trampoline area what so ever and unfortunately the parents took it as a chance to get away from their kids and responsibilities of being a parent. Kids were running around and knocking over babies. Pushing kids out of the way and out of line if they wanted to try a certain obstacle. Swearing and screaming the entire time. Thankfully they have an area for kids under 46” but again no staff to supervise. Older kids were running into the area and blocking the way for much smaller kids to enjoy the equipment. It got so bad I was shaking with anger at how they completely ignored another mothers plea to allow her child to pass and also the instruction of a passing staff member to move. It took my husband yelling at them to get out of the area to get them to leave. Only then did a parent show up, only to give my husband a dirty look. I’m not sure if we just got a bad day but this definitely discouraged not only me but my other family members as well from returning. It’s a great place but needs more supervision or some sort of rule...
Read moreI echo what Korrin said in her review. Employees non-existent. I think there was only one. No one at front desk when I walked in. My group was already there so I let my kid jump in his own socks and didn’t check in. For my 2 hour stay, I saw the front desk attendant once when we had to ask for band aids for a bleeding child. Happy to say my group remain masked though my child said he saw many without. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I saw I was charged for 2 jumpers when I only had oneZ. I called customer service, was on the phone an obscene amount of time to explain the situation to which the rep was not empathetic at all. I explained the attendant in absentia only to have him put me on hold to “verify if this was the case”. What employee is going to admit to a corporate call center that a customer who walked in without being checked in for 2 hours was right. So in the end, customer service so it was too hard to credit me for being charged twice for my visit. Save your $$, spend it elsewhere. That’s what I’ll be doing. Or better yet, chances are you could just walk in and no one would...
