If you're on the hunt for a delicious pizza that offers a crispy thin crust and perfectly melted cheese, Little Caesars should be your top choice. Every pizza they make consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience, combining the ideal balance of crunch and rich flavor in every bite. The thin crust is baked to perfection, achieving just the right level of crispiness that adds a satisfying crunch without being too hard or brittle.
The cheese is another highlight; it’s always generously applied and melted to a gooey, stretchy perfection that complements the crust beautifully. The toppings are always fresh and plentiful, enhancing the overall taste without overwhelming the natural goodness of the crust and cheese.

Read moreAs a customer with reasonable expectations for efficiency and basic managerial oversight, I was deeply disheartened by the disorganized and unprofessional conduct exhibited at this Little Caesars location.
Upon entering, I observed a group of visibly young employees—likely high school-aged—operating without any discernible structure, accountability, or presence of supervisory authority. The atmosphere resembled a loosely managed student hangout more than a functioning food service establishment.
Most concerning, however, was the experience of an elderly gentleman who had apparently been waiting for approximately forty-five minutes for his order. It became abundantly clear that, had I not intervened and brought attention to the issue, this customer may have continued waiting indefinitely, without so much as an acknowledgment from staff.
This pattern of neglect reflects not just poor customer service but a complete breakdown of operational protocol. It signals a failure of duty by whomever is responsible for staffing, training, and supervising this location. In any service-based business—particularly one in the food industry—this level of dysfunction is not only unacceptable; it borders on gross negligence.
In sum, this location operates with neither leadership nor professionalism, and consumers should be aware of the high potential for delayed service, absent management, and disregard for basic customer care. I strongly urge corporate oversight to reevaluate the standards of operation at this...
Read moreThe only reason it gets a star is the prices... We've been burned by this place way too many times. If you order something, don't expect it in any reasonable time... either get take the hot and ready and go, or you're gonna be sitting and brooding for a while... Twice I've run into "Our credit card machines are down because it's too hot and you have to pay cash", Last night I ordered at 4:35, for a 5-5:05pm pickup, got the notification they were "packing it up" at 5:30 PM - I watched them load it into the "Online Pickup" oven, and never put the order into the system so my name would pop on the screen and I could put in my code to open the door. I had to ask the front desk worker to retrieve my food from the oven since they didn't mark it as available on their side. I wasn't alone in this venture, while I waited I watched many others standing around grumbling at their wait time, asking the front desk for updates, or walking in, trying to put in their code and walking back out dejected since nothing was ready. I fully understand that the email confirmation says "Estimated time", however, if your restaurant is slammed, don't let people order for a specific time unknowningly... On top of the fact that EVERY restaurant has time trackers on their cooks/employees, with this "Age of AI" we are in, you already know the average time your team is taking at any point in time of your day, adjust client expectations... be PROACTIVE about...
