If you’re working at a hair store, know the products you’re selling.. It was a female (white) that helped me pick out a select product. Come to find out the product wasn’t any good for my hair type, would have caused more damage to me and my family’s hair. She had no clue what type of product to be used for my type hair. I come in here every so often. What i didnt like about coming in today is, the two ladies working 8-16-18 around 1pm Were talking about customers and gossiping as i was in the store, talking about how its hard not to be a b*itch towards a customer.
