Lakepoint Station — Attraction in Emerson

The only thing your establishment is doing to attempt to minimize the spread of COVID 19 is providing hand sanitizer. I'm sure this place is a breeding ground for the virus. We spent 3 hours here with our football team last night and not one time did I see any employee sanitize any of the games after being used. And I'm talking about the games, the rock climbing walls, laser tag guns, nothing. No one was required to wear mask, even those carrying the food out to our tables. And before you say this is multiple businesses in one (because the employees are real quick to remind you of this fact), you should all be coming together to share best and common practices since you are all under one roof where patrons can freely roam between buildings. It's a shame that you aren't doing better given the current climate and while my 1 review may not make a difference business-wise, it is my hope that management takes heed of this concern and begins to act more responsibly not only for your customers and local community but also for the sake and safety of your employees and their loved ones. Outside of what I witnessed last night, I'm sure this is a wonderful place to come but they are not taking the proper precautions to keep your family safe at this time and therefore i cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment. Had I read a honest review like this one before we went, we would've reconsidered our decision to visit. Almost everywhere you go drastic measures are being taken (temp checks, masks requirements, social distancing, limiting large indoor gatherings, constant sanitizing of common use areas) all for the wellbeing of the parties involved. I guess I thought THIS type of hands on, kid friendly, environment would definitely be a part of those drastic measures, sadly I...

DONT EVER COME HERE. I bring my kids all the time and never an issue. Today my kids were playing in the Gameroom. They had been wining several games adding up points. Then my twins won the 1000 at the centerped game and then they played 3 more games. And I thought ok I think their out of points so I checked and the card said yes out of points but tickets won 1257. My son goes wait mom how is that when just b4 the 1000 win each kid won 237 tickets each plus what happen to all the other games we played and won tickets.I went to the counter and she went to the Manger ( Lauren) and manager said well nothing we can do unless you have pictures of all their ticket winnings. What parent takes a pic of every ticket win. So all the money I spent for points for games for nothing basically All what the won. THEIR ANSWER WAS TOO BAD. I bring my kids here often and spend plenty several times a month. And was considering for their birthday party. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.. . So parent just remember take a video at every game your kid wins so you have proof. We sat and tried to remember every game and added it up and I told her I think it's around 1829 I'm probably leaving off a few. And she said well my manager said sometimes you think you won but you didn't. I said No we come all the time. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK WE WILL TAKE OUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL TELL THIS TO EVERY PARENT I KNOW. AND I KNOW ALOT...

We recently celebrated our son's 7th birthday party at Lakepoint Station, and it was an absolute blast! Our son's entire football team joined in, and everyone had an incredible experience.

One of the highlights of our experience was the fantastic party host. They were attentive, friendly, and made everything run smoothly. It made hosting the party a breeze, allowing us to enjoy the celebration alongside the kids.

Plus, having St. Angelo's Pizza conveniently located next door was a game-changer for the adults. We could relax with some delicious food and beverages while the kids had a blast playing. The combination of Lakepoint Station's entertainment options and St. Angelo's proximity is a winning combination.

We highly recommend Lakepoint Station for birthday parties or any gathering where you want everyone to have a fantastic time.
