So just found out about this place "they have been open since Jan" and decided to give it a try. Went on a week night during their happy hour. The Good. Food was excellent. I had the Cajun pasta, wife a hamburger. Service was on par. Felt like this evening the staff worked as a team. We had three different members make sure our needs were being met. The pasta was excellent and had an awesome flavor. The burger was a hand formed paddy, not frozen and seasoned to perfection. Atmosphere was awesome. There is kind of futuristic vibe to it. Very modern with an effervescent blue glow that filled the room.
The restaurant has of course indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks the baseball fields. Made for a beautiful spring evening. We started outside but as the sun went down it started to get a little chilly. Staff moved us inside with no issues.
The Bad. And by bad not really bad but different. First the menu has no prices. They do provide a QR code in which you can scan to get the prices but really an inconvenience that is not needed. I would put the prices on par with Long Horns. The cups provided are rather skinny and different. I understand not really a big deal but I'm a big man and can empty that cup in a couple of swallows. And the cup is steel so the waiter/waitress has no idea if you need a refill or not. The wife order a rum punch which was part of their happy hour menu. Price on it was $8 dollars which makes me wonder what the normal price is. $8 bucks for a small mix drink during happy hour? Not really a happy hour price in my opinion. Our table was broken and I had to consistently hold it to keep it from moving while I was eating. I would think it would be a quick fix but its being ignored by management.
They had one gentleman coming out from the back with food to the bar, which could have been the cook he was wearing an apron. He was kind of boisterous and slightly obnoxious with yelling what he had and who did it belong to. I mean it wasnt a massive big deal but didnt fit the chill atmosphere. Lastly they add a 18% tip. *There was just two of us. Not a fan of pre tips and if you dont catch it when they bring you your bill and present the electronic check out device the first screen is asking you for another tip. You could end up tipping 50%. Quite frankly I think the staff gets cheated using this method. For great service, I give great tips. Also makes me wonder if the service is off, will the restaurant remove their pre-tips?
In any case, it was a nice evening, with great food in which we will hit again. The minor issues were the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Fix the menu and re-think the pre tips. Also might want to tweak your webpage. Not sure why your using pictures that are clearly not your restaurant. You have a beautiful place, no need for generic photos from other locations. *Especially the one that appears to...

I wanted to like this place, but after two separate visits, I can’t justify recommending it.
On Valentine’s Day, my 19-year-old son and his girlfriend were overcharged by $120 for their meal. Since there were no prices on the menu, he didn’t question it and paid the bill. When he got home and explained that he spent $197 on two entrées, an appetizer, and two sodas, I called to clarify. Sure enough, he had paid someone else’s bill. While the restaurant did refund the overcharge, there was no real apology for the mistake.
Hoping that was just an isolated incident, my husband and I went for dinner and drinks with another couple tonight. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t much better.
First, my friend requested a coffee beverage, but our waitress claimed there was no coffee in the building—despite a visible automatic coffee machine stocked with cups. When I asked again, she admitted she just didn’t like using it and didn’t want to deal with it.
Service was frustratingly slow. We ordered four cocktails from the bar and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive. Meanwhile, food runners repeatedly brought dishes to our table that weren’t ours. One plate sat in front of us for over 10 minutes before the waitress finally removed it—only to then deliver it to the correct table, which was concerning. Another time, a cocktail was mistakenly delivered to us, and after my friend took a sip, a different server came over yelling that it wasn’t ours and even insulted our waitress, calling her “dumb.”
The drinks were another issue. A round of four shots cost $64, which seemed excessive given the overall experience. Our total bill for the evening came to $787 for four people, which would have been more understandable had the service and professionalism matched the price point.
The atmosphere itself is great, and the food they had in stock was enjoyable, but the disorganization, lack of attentiveness, and high drink prices make it hard to justify returning. This place has so much potential, but unless the staff receives better training and management steps up, it’s not...
Read moreI wanted to give this place 5 stars for effort, but I need to be honest. We will make another visit here in the near future and hopefully it will live up to my expectations at that time. We arrived early as we had some business nearby. It was about 5:30 and we were the only customers for a while. I assumed that it would be busier later. But also there was not much activity on the playing fields so maybe that held down the crowds some. The manager went into a lot of detail about the specials. He mentioned the catfish and I immediately decided that was it. My wife ordered the salmon and we had a couple of drinks. And the atmosphere and scenery was quite enjoyable. After a while, our server came out and told me that they were out of catfish. I was thinking that could not be possible as we were the only customers at the time. But she then said that the manager misunderstood what they had available. So I was thrown off a bit as I was looking forward to the catfish special. I couldn't think of anything so I ordered the loaded fries. I added ground beef to it really make it a hearty selection. But I could only eat about 1/3 of it. The fries soon became mushy and while I do like spicy food, there were too many jalapeno peppers even for my taste. My wife thought the salmon was ok. Oh, and after a while, the manager came by to say there was a misunderstanding and that catfish is indeed available. But it was too late. But the beer and wine was good and the atmosphere was great. Our server offered to remedy the situation by offering dessert, she described an apple pie and ice cream that sounded pretty good. But I was still slightly annoyed and said no thanks. But as I was paying, she brought me a boxed apple pie - with ice cream to go. OK, I appreciate the effort. We stopped at the nearby Starbucks where I ate the apple pie before the ice cream melted- and it was very good! Maybe she thought we were staying in the attached hotel. I didn't mention that you have to go through the hotel lobby and take the elevator to the roof. But that wasn't a big deal. Overall, we did enjoy...
