Don't do it! This one isn't ready for you... drive to Towne Center or North Ave or spend your $ at a better burger joint. If you need an FO, chili slaw dog or O Rang? LOOK FURTHER! Today was my 3rd try at this new location. (Eaten at "V" hundreds of times over my life, and this one is by far the worst. Spent $40 today for 3 people, and McDonald's or Wendy's are better. Just a big mess, ordered 2 Pimento Cheese Burgers (my "go to" at V). Got 2 reg "nasty" little cheese burgers, cold, & not toasted flat like always. Ordered side of chopped onion for the burgers and chili slaw dog, fries, and onion rings. Pulled into a parking spot to eat ( because as you know in over 2 months they haven't even started building their storage building so they can open their dining room 🙄 ) opened my bag to eat the hand cut, limp, cold fries and rings only to find no "chopped onion" for the cold chili slaw dog. I walk back up to the drive thru to ask for my missing "onions" only to hear "we are all out of onions, our truck hasn't come." ( I wish you had told me when I ordered because I would have passed today) No doubt we could have eaten a really good "Five Guys" burger and fries for the same money. No longer a fan and won't waste my time or money here again until a radical transformation to their roots happen. Great location idea,...
Read moreI was so excited to go to the varsity after seeing all the pictures online we arrive and walk into the lobby just to be greeted by a bunch of flys buzzing when we got to the counter and we ordered sat down to notice the old seasoning shaker with what it seems to be mold once we got the food the burgers was completely flat and the patties tastes like sausage even took the fry’s another 5 minutes to come out that was the only thing decent was the fry’s and the drink. Which you get like 4 option, WITH NO SWEET TEA how can you be in the south with no sweet tea we literally threw away the 30$ worth of food for 2 people which is ridiculous and we left and went to Chick-fil-A next door to anyone reading this don’t waste you’re time or money at the varsity...
Read moreHello, stop by varsity the other day just to get a quick bite to eat. I was starving. I’ve been to varsity in Atlanta before but only once so I don’t even remember that experience. But I must say for what it’s worth. I was happy. I’m originally from New York, so I love Nathan‘s Franks, varsity is no Nathan’s but it’s pretty good. The service was fast. The packaging was great. I like the little box. They put my ketchup and mustard and napkin in a little Ziploc bag. I don’t know if that’s the way they do it all the time but I kind of dig it because my napkin stayed dry. It was expensive to Frank for less than five dollars. You can’t beat it, thank you varsity next time I go back I’ll try...
