UPDATE: Owner reached out to us and rectified the situation. He was super nice and very helpful! I will say, after multiple conversations with the salesman Zach, I still would not recommend buying from him, seek other salesmen. However, the owner is great so don’t let that stop you from shopping here.

Bought a dining table from this store. It was too small for our space so we brought it back 2 days later. As soon as we walked in the store and tried to return their first statement was “did they tell you you could bring it back?” No, but the receipt did. We had 5 days to return. We did not even use it, and it was in perfect condition. A salesman proceeded to tell us the table had “multiple scratches” on it and he wasn’t going to take it back. I am so disappointed as I really like supporting small businesses and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this situation was so unwarranted and unnecessary, just so they could keep $175. I would NOT recommend this business at all. I will shop for furniture online before I ever buy from this place. I’d rather pay a fee to ship something back than deal with shady...

We bought a $1,300 Napoleon grill and was told we could hook it up to our natural gas. Well.....we did (after having to buy an additional hose from the factory) and we were never able to get a good flame. After contacting the mfg. they told us it was EXTREMELY unsafe to use it. It was a propane only grill in in its configuration. Thank God we didn't blow ourselves up this fall as we struggle to get any decent heat. We were told by the good folks at Napoleon that we needed a conversion kit and we are putting one one on order.

Our friends? at Garfield's told us; sorry we didn't mean to tell you something so unsafe but your on your own. So, we bought an expensive grill having been told it would work with our current NG and they are simply washing their hands of the whole mess. Visited this store on 2-27-25. Upon entering I found the store to be very clean and tidy. They were welcoming and inviting. With smiles on their faces they let me know that they were more than happy to accommodate with any help or questions I may have. I was searching for a very comfortable recliner! Upon sitting and trying to find the right one for me, I found the perfect one!! They didn’t have the color that I liked however, they did let me know that they could let me see their color swatches and materials to find the color I desired. They had MANY beautiful colors to choose from. I FOUND the color I desired and the lady ordered the chair for me. It was THAT EASY!!!!
