Scammed! I visited this location on April 1st of 2017. I walked in super excited with my fiance to purchase a bedroom set. A girl (don't remember her name) came up to help us and showed us what they had. We fell in love with a set, and while discussing our options between ourselves, I asked the sales person what came included in the set, if the price they had on the mattress was for the mattress as well. I laid on the mattress to try it out, mentioning to her how comfortable it was, when I asked the question. She told me yes it was included. We agreed to purchase it (an almost $2,000 purchase), and went to go check out and schedule delivery. She rang up the set, swiped our card without discussing any terms or conditions, and then after confirming the transaction went through, scheduled the delivery. Only after all of that did she pass us our receipt which has tiny words at the bottom "no returns" and all of their others terms and conditions. Okay, fine no returns, no big deal. Then we hear "So did you also want to purchase the mattress?". Excuse me? I made very, VERY sure, that the mattress was included in the price. Even if it wasn't, and there was a mistake on my end, why in the H* would you process a transaction that was not complete? That right there was a HUGE red flag that they were pushing to scam us out of as much money as possible. As we were disorientated from that realization, we agreed to get the mattress, and I used a different card (as the other had been nearly maxed out) to get it. As we walked out of the store we realized just how horrible of a deal that had been and how they had just scammed us out of nearly 2x the amount of money we were willing to spend. We quickly filed a dispute with our CC companies, and denied delivery. I quickly received a call from the owners rudely telling me how "no bedroom sets ever come with mattresses what am i talking about", and denying that their sales person did anything wrong, and now we are stuck in a battle with them where they are disputing OUR dispute, claiming they require a "restocking fee" of $100. Read moreI'm really hesitant to leave a negative review at all because I know sometimes purchases just don't go as expected but I will try to be fair. I received my stimulus check and contrary to my usual habits decided to try and buy local. I've been in this furniture store before and it was clean and the sales people were generally knowledgeable and kind. I finally selected my loveseat and ottoman and was informed that 1) They had a new one available for delivery the next day and 2) I could order the oversized ottoman and it would take 3 weeks to deliver it because it was made-to-order. I received the loveseat the next day and noticed after I finally got the room together that one side of the cushion was noticeably flat, as if someone regularly sat on it. I suspected they actually sent me a used one (wrapped in bubble wrap) which I felt even more so when when I went to pick up the ottoman and the floor model was gone. I would have had no problem buying a floor model if I had been informed and offered a discount for a 'used model'. Next I was informed that there was no oversize ottoman for this model which is confusing in itself because 1) I was asked if I wanted a regular or oversize ottoman and 2) If it is made to order why couldn't they just make a bigger one? I'm a little disappointed because I live in a studio and was going to use the ottoman and the loveseat to make a bed when I had guests. I would have also been fine if they had just called me if they realized they had mistakenly told me that their were two sizes of ottomans available, maybe I would have bought another? As you can see from the picture the color is beautiful and I will have to satisfied with my choice as they have a no return policy. Read moreI would not reccomend this store to anyone. Let me start off by saying that you should keep your reciept becasue you can not do anyting with out it. When I called about my problem they informed me that they have no record of me or my purchase other than the reciept. Therefore I had to hang up and search and search for my invoice before they would even talk to me. When I did call they took my phone number 3 times for the manager and noone ever returned my calls. I just kept calling and calling. I purchased a 3 peice "leather" set and within less than one year the "leather" started peeling off in between the cusions. I spent the extra money for the "leather" not the bonded leather because that is what I was told would last longer. I also purchased a black set and upon delivery I recieved a very dark brown set. I figured brown would work so I did not complain about that. I contacted the store manager and he told me that he would take care of it and continued to BS me for weeks. He never got back to me about trading the one peice that he had told me that he was working on. They have poor quality furniture that falls apart and the management is horrible. I failed to mention that when they delivered my furniture the biggest cockroach came out running out from the furniture. Gross!!!!!!
