Usually has good selection of products and polite customer service reps. I was saddened to go int othe store today overhear the cashier arguing with a customer. They disagreed about a price and the CSR had no problem telling her "oh well we not honoring the price u saw, it wasn't right ". Wow! I thought, but not my business.

I was cool until I approached the register and the same CSR was sitting down on her phone, WITH a CHILD playing on her phone too. This is my and my kids favorite hair store. The employees are always helpful and it seems like they enjoy working here. If I ever need help finding anything they usually offer to help before I even need to ask. Customer service like that is rare these days! So that is really nice. The owners are friendly as well. Their hours are also great and very convenient. If you need to run back out to the store because you didn’t realize you were out of something or needed more than you thought you needed of a product it is great that their hours are so late! They are open till 8 on Sundays and 10 pm every other day...
