Slick Phone Repair — Attraction in Euless

DO NOT have your phone repaired here! My daughters iPhone needed screen repair at the beginning of January so we came here because it was closest to our house. The guy “repaired” the screen and sold her a phone case and screen protector. She dropped her phone in the grass a few days ago and the screen came disconnected! It still functions, it’s just not attached. I took the phone back for them to look at and the lady said it’s because she dropped it. I told her that I drop my phone all the time and that has NEVER happened. She then changed her story to it being the fault of the phone case and the way it wraps around the edges of the screen. I told her I have the same type of case and their store sold my daughter that case. She then tells me that I need to pay them for a new screen! I said the screen is working and she said it doesn’t matter. I told her that I would definitely be finding someone else to repair the awful work they did. Unethical business...

They have all kinds of accessories here from cases to pop sockets to selfie sticks, chargers, whatever you need for your handheld devices and fair prices too! The second time I took my sons phone up there and the back of the phone was completely shattered, the battery was swollen and the phone was spontaneously restarting as well as the battery charge jumping from 90% to 10% or 80% to 5%. They repaired the phone so it was like new and it cost the same as what I would've paid for the deductible if I had phone insurance. They were super friendly and got service done in the same day! I brought my new laptop for set up and transfer data from the old tap on the new machine. It was not an easy task as there was a lot of data to transfer and took a couple of days to iron out the bugs and get the new machine run smoothly.
