We ordered drive thru at 9:15pm Sat. night and wasted $30 on old dry overcooked chicken strips, and they forget the fries. I got home at 9:35-ish and decided to call. The young lady offered a refund or to remake the food. I took the refund, she asked when I could come in, I said in the morning she said okay make sure to have your receipt. I arrive with the food and receipt and spoke to Chuey. He stated he would do 50% off, I told him about my call the night before and he said well the manager said no. I asked for the manager's name and was provided Jimmy's phone number. I called and Jimmy said he doesn't have to honor the refund. His offer was to remake the food. Now the customer is not always right but in this case the restaurant did not provide the full order, the food was not fresh and then the manager refused to honor the refund I was offered. I do not like being lied to and served half orders while being charged full price so Corporate then BBB it is. I will...
Well…. I got food poisoned after eating in this establishment. The order was all messed, missing both sides in two four piece tenders meals. We received a coleslaw that wasn’t even ours, and it was the nastiest look it could possibly have. The chicken was GELATINE. And hard outside. In both meals. We took a bite, we put it down. Next day, my husband and I had really bad stomach issues, and I promise we didn’t get anything else for food after that experience until the symptoms started. I literally hate to do this, because at least the cashier was the sweetest and repeated what we ordered exactly the same. And tbh we should’ve checked that everything inside the bag was correct (regarding the messed order, that’s on us). But that chicken was cold, GELATINOUS INSIDE, and hard outside. And now, the bathroom is our best ally. Guys, I love this restaurant, but it’s reaching a point where y’all are risking the health of the costumers. And I know most people is not the nicest when it comes to customers (I also work with customers), but c’mon…. Somebody better check...
Read moreI ordered 3 wings and tea at $8.56. It was brought out to the line. When I got to the window for my change, I asked if they were fresh bc the box was barely warm. The reply was “check it and see.” I said I didn’t want to touch them if I wasn’t going to keep them at which point, I was asked if I needed any condiments so I was just basically dismissed. Needless to say, the chicken was dry and stringy as if it had been there for a while. This may have been leftovers from the lunch rush as it was approximately 2:25pm when I ordered. I didn’t go back bc it just wasn’t worth it. I simply won’t go back again. The best response would’ve been “Let me get you some freshly cooked chicken.” That’s how you keep customers. I’m sure they throw away more chicken at closing each night than those 3 wings would’ve cost to replace. I can spend $9.00 elsewhere for a complete meal and enjoy it.
