Euless Library — Attraction in Euless

This library has NO ADULT SUPERVISION. It's Noisy and not a good study environment. There is a safety issue when it comes to the women. I've been followed TWICE by males, while going to the ladies' room. I had to report that a male entered the Ladies' Restroom, while I was using it. I informed the useless workers and thought things would get better, but as date, they are the same. I miss the older library before all of the so called "upgrades". As of today, followed again to the Ladies' Restroom by two Husky males and there was a strong smell of Marijuana coming from the male's bathroom as I passed by. Either there is no surveillance here or they are attempting to run this long standing library into the ground. If you have another option, go there. If you need to get things done, go elsewhere. Also, they no longer have a Dewey Decimal System in place. Which makes it harder to locate the things you need. There is...

The library looks nice has a decent selection of books but its impossible to focus unless you have very very good noise cancel head phones. It feels more like a daycare with some books you can check out. Constantly kids screaming, nobody whispers, they have study rooms which seems great for studying 🙄 but if you have anyone in the room next to you can hear EVERYTHING. There's is a room called the "quiet room " but its possibly the loudest room in the place because its directly next to the kids center where kids are yelling and playing. Maybe im getting old but I remember libraries being peaceful places to read and study. This is not it. I shouldn't have to alert the library staff that a child is screaming non stop when you can hear it through the whole library. Really wish I lived in another city to get a real library experience. I've had maybe 2 days where it was quiet. And I've been up here almost everyday...

I hardly go to this place. Maybe 6 times a year. Mostly I go to where the computers are and there are always people on their phone having very loud and long conversations and also others holding long conversations with other people in the room or some just making weird noises by themselves. Also people just bring in alot of food like they are having a picnic and their dirty hands all over the computer equipment and crumbs everywhere.. Nothing is ever said to them. I had a 5 min quiet convo in the back of the library and they had the nerve to scold me. Obviously yall are hypocrites and only harass certain people while letting everyone else do worse things. Also the staff is very loud too and kids screaming. Practice what you preach and quit singling out people. Either tell everyone or quit harassing people....
