6-16-2019. Obviously we made the mistake of showing up 11 minutes till 9 pm. We thought the closing time was 10pm. All of both of our orders of Chicken strips were luke warm. Including the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The roll was the warmest of all. If coming in late during posted hours is " you get what you get," then it should be posted that no fresh chicken will be cooked after 8pm, or 830pm. Common sense would be to satisfy the customers and keep them coming back. We felt like we were robbed of $ 21.00. The female taking the order inside acted disinterested, or put out by us ordering. This location started out great, but has been slipping the last few months. It's very possible this was our last time of bad food and service at this location. There are plenty of other choices from the older kids on the block in this area. It also appears that mostly only good reviews get responses on this page. The bad reviews that have problems with their service, or food that are responded to are, " hope you come back and give us another chance." Really??? We placed a review to the Richardson Headquarters also. Maybe they will respond, and offer a solution instead of some robo invitation to come take another chance at paying for bad food...
Read moreGiving it 2 instead of 1 because the food is at least pretty tasty and the rolls are always great. But, order accuracy is...well...awful. I go there once a week before work for lunch or so, maybe twice if I am feeling extra lazy. It’s my last stop on my way to work, and I don’t have time to gripe to a drive through worker and wait for it to be corrected. I’m not sure what’s happened lately, but not once in the past month or six weeks or so has my order been exactly correct. Usually it’s something small like receiving normal chicken strips when I order spicy or not receiving extra rolls (which might order half the time, but I’m not charged for them so no harm no foul I guess).
Today, though, the only part of my order correct was the chicken. It wasn’t the right type of chicken (pieces instead of strips). Not spicy. Mashed potatoes instead of okra. Wrong drink. No rolls (which I wasn’t charged for).
I know it’s my fault for not fully checking my order when I was in a hurry, but it looked like chicken strips in the box at a cursory glance and I’m used to not receiving rolls, so I didn’t make a fuss. If it’s happening to me with this frequency it’s happening to others. Not...

However, look I get it, its Sunday you want to go home just like the rest of us with jobs. I worked plenty of places with people showing up one and after the other every minute till you close. As well as 10 years of full service restaurant experience, again I get it.
Call your customers when there is an issue. One of us would of gladly canceled the uber eats order to just pick it up. We called 2 times before you close, no answer. If your store times are a specific time stick to it, or just food for thought change the service time. Uber eats restaurant side support is available online. If your not going to fulfill an order 30 minutes before you close than just make your hours of service till 30 minutes before your regular store hours. so you understand the frustration, the food still gets paid for, so hopefully the $70 pending transaction will fall off in a reasonable time.
