I like to test a business by walking in dressed down and trying to sell some jewelry before committing to any real transactions. Out of all the places I’ve tested, this one was by far the worst. I held off on leaving a review because I didn’t want them catching on to where the actual purchases ended up going.

This place failed at every opportunity. I even gave them a chance by accepting their first offer—trading in my jewelry, which had been appraised by three different jewelers at over $8,000, for a watch they claimed was worth what my jewelry was supposedly valued at: just over $500. Later, when I brought the watch in to be repaired, they claimed they “lost it” and gave me back a different watch worth half as much. In total, they robbed me of thousands.

At this point, I honestly don’t even care—I ended up with a watch for free. But what they lost out on was far more valuable. The truth is, I wasn’t shopping for myself. Can speak for the team at both the Dallas location and the Bedford location that the workmanship by the owner is exceptional. I find the quality of customer service more preferred at the Dallas location however. Purchased excellent quality jewelry at the Bedford location that I absolutely love.
