I went inside the store to obtain a medium vanilla ice cream cone. The price was $3.24. When the young man brought the cone to me, it had hardly any ice cream in it. I told him that I wanted a medium cone or a refund. He then stated this is the medium cone, I then told him I wanted a refund. He stated we don’t do refunds. I told him I wanted my money back. He again stated we don’t do refunds. I then told him I wanted to speak to the manager. He initially would not get her and she was right at the door listening to the whole conversation and did not identify herself as the manager. He then went to the back and dump more ice cream on cone and brought it back to me. I advised him that at this point I no longer the cone but just wanted my money back and he stated we don’t do refunds. I then ask to speak with manager and he didn’t get her and she didn’t come forward and identify herself as the manager. After the third time of asking to speak to the manager, the manager finally came forward and I advised her that I wanted a refund. On her name tag, her name was Stormy. While she was processing the refund, in front of other customers, she made the comment I don’t appreciate the way you spoke to him, calling him rude, he’s new and raising your voice. What do they call you guys, KAREN’s. I advised her that I was not a “KAREN” for asking for a refund and that I never accused him of being rude. I simply raised my voice the third time I had to ask to speak to the manager because wouldn’t identify herself as the manager until I did. I knew she was the manager and she knew she didn’t bother to respond the first two times I asked to speak to the manager. The only thing I was asking for was a refund of my money. I did not treat the young man rude. As the manager, the first time that I requested to speak with her she should have come to the counter instead of just watching from the door way. Well there seemed to be a girl who took my order, there that cares but the management is all hands down no good. My food-well I ordered the flamin burger meal which wasn’t flamin by near as much, and I ordered Tacos. Tacos seemed ok. But didn’t seem fresh. Fries we’re good. I also got a choco brownie extreme blizzard with white ice cream. Which btw was great.Now…. the burger it’s mostly the burger here. It was nothing but slop! Read moreI went to the drive thru at 12:30 this afternoon at the Euless location. I repeated myself 4 times,talked loud, spelled out my order, and slowed down. I asked for a Royal choco brownie blizzard. He kept asking if I wanted oreos. I kept saying no.Then after the 5th time he understood and said we don't have that. Then I asked for a small chocolate shake. He said we don't do that. It says it clearly on the menu that you do shakes and malts. If they were out the menu needs to be updated or put a out of stock sign. I went to burger box and got my shake. The guy at the drive thru was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience. Worst experience ever. I've been going to DQ since I was 6 years old and have always had a chocolate shake. That's the whole point of DQ is blizzards and chocolate shake.
