This specific GameStop is great. They usually have what you're looking for. I gave it 4 stars because the one person who was working and helping us didn't know much. I was told that GameStop doesn't price match their App or their website by the manager who was working. The manager was new so he was making several phone calls to people from other locations to verify his actions. The manager was extremely helpful and you could tell he was trying his best to help us and figure things out. He was kind to us and we were kind back. Another store manager from Henderson showed up and helped the manager who was helping us. The Henderson manager was a jerk at first but came around. Like I said this GameStop isn't bad. The managers just need more training before they're released on their own. I understand staffing issues but maybe with more training we can help with staffing issues by making employees confident and knowledgeable about their job. (referring to the fact I didn't know who the character was) and the employee interrupted as if I were a child and proceeded to explain to me what an action figure was in a very smug tone. I called and they (multiple workers and the manager) told me there was nothing they could do. Their policy is they do not allow returns or exchanges on trading cards. They even told me their registers would not be capable of doing it. I explained all the card packs were unopened, and that the product was not as described and someone needed to make it right for my son. Again they told me, there was nothing they could do, but they would give me a customer service number.
