First, let me start by saying the Servers did a great job, food was great . The General Manager Rob, has to be one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever came across! The home office needs to look at the camera from 5:40 to 5:55 pm on June 6, 2025 . The restaurant was busy and he totally disrespected his customers and his Manager in front of everyone just over a booth that was suppose to be reserved for 6 or more and my family was 4 . He said these particular booths was for party of 6 but 2 booths behind us he had 2 men sitting there enjoying dinner. So he was clearly and evidently lying which was appalling. For context the original question was “aren’t there larger booths on the other side of the restaurant?” His reply was a firm “NO”, instead of implicating they’re for a larger party. The confusion of our family derived from knowing we sit practically at the same booth. We come here every time we come to town, and he has always been kind of funny acting but I just figured he was having a rough day. But we will not be back. We cannot give a place business that’s treats their employees and customers like that. PERIOD.!!!!!!! We will just settle for Juicy Seafood instead from now on . Home office does need to look at the cameras . Rob needs to be corrected and go through a management training course . First impressions the atmosphere is nice it didn't feel like sketchy or like I'd be sick after eating. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with all of our questions. Our food was prepared very quickly Id say about 15 minutes but it wasn't busy at all. We both ordered the combo A with shrimp, crab and sausage with garlic butter with mild heat. I'm not sure if their version of garlic butter is different but I was expecting just garlic and butter and maybe some light seasoning. What we received looked more like what I would have expected the Cajun flavor to look and taste like. Our food did not taste like garlic or butter, just kinda like hot oily broth and chili powder. I have never had a seafood boil before so I don't have something to compare this experience to so I don't know if my expectations were too high but the food was underwhelming. It didn't taste bad and the quality of the seafood itself was what I expected for the price. Still it really wasn't special at all, the flavor still felt like it was missing something, it didn't have much flavor even for being more seasoned than I asked for. It wasn't distinct in any way. The corn wasn't very good (I prefer sweet corn and it didn't taste like it was ripe maybe?) and basic boiled potatoes and hard boiled egg. Was seated right away and waited for my guests. Looked over the menu and realized that pricing was high for what was on the menu. Guest 1 had fried shrimp (8) and onion rings and tea. Guest 2 had 1# king crab legs and a margarita. I had the 1# shrimp boil and ordered a side of hush puppies and tea to drink. Onion rings were commercial made with too much batter and a slice of onion that you could read the newspaper through. Shrimp were supposed to be mild but instead were quite spicy. Probably fried in same oil as spicy orders. King crab legs (3) were not 1# and the meat was under cooked. Translucent color instead of pretty white. When you pay $50 a pound you would like to get a pound. My shrimp were over cooked. The cajun seasoning was quite bitter but the niblet corn was really sweet. Over all the waitress (Chelsea) was amazing even though she had half the restaurant to cover. She brought us an order of fishy bread because we had to wait overly long. The boiled food comes out in a cellophane bag that is sealed. That keeps the food cooking in the steam that is in the bag. I feel that is why the shrimp were over cooked.
