âââââ (1 star) The facility itself is very nice and my kids had fun with what they were able to do, but the staff completely ruined the experience. Iâve never left a bad review before on ANYTHING, but I actually decided while still in the building that I needed to leave one tonight because of how unprofessional the staff were.
I paid almost $80 for two deluxe passes, and even though we arrived about an hour before closing, my kids shouldâve still been able to enjoy everything we paid for. At 8:29, my son asked to use the VR station and was told it was âclosedâ the staff member just walked off. Meanwhile, kids were getting stuck on the air obstacle course while staff were down on the ground roughhousing with each other instead of helping. One child was stuck for at least 10 minutes before managing to get turned around, then had to wait another 5â10 minutes for staff to finally help him out of his harness. Iâm going to add the top was completely unsupervised, with children up there.
Behind the cafĂ© counter, staff were also goofing off smacking food out of each otherâs hands and knocking whole trays of pretzels to the floor. It took over 25 minutes to get my loaded fries even though the cafĂ© wasnât busy at all. (For what itâs worth, the fries were actually very good once I finally got them.)
Overall, the place itself is great, but the staff need serious retraining and supervision. Itâs disappointing to spend that kind of money and feel like the employees just donât care and are completely immature and do not care about the...
Read moreThere were only two negatives for me. There is almost nothing to do for kiddos 3 and under. Maybe even 4. My daughter is 2, we went on a Saturday so it was admittedly VERY busy. There's the play structure in the middle and the small section of open trampolines, and that was it. Staff is young, but I expected this. There was some miscommunication in training and the employee working the large play structure in the middle told me that I was not allowed to go in with my 2 yr old daughter because it was for 54" and shorter. I said I bought the socks and parent play pass, and it says on your sign I can go. So management definitely should have done better training so it was clearer for the employee. Positives: the money for what you get (for 5 and up) is 10/10! My 5yr old and my 12yr old had an absolute blast. There were so many different things for them to run around and do. The staff running the sky walk was phenomenal at keeping it moving. Considering their ages I was impressed. I loved that there was no time limit. So there's not a sense of rush while you're waiting in lines. I do think they could better staff or streamline the climbing area. They had 2 (maybe 3?) employees running it. I went in with my son for him to climb and ended up assisting quite a bit with the kids before and after mine just because getting hooked onto the walls was tricky depending on age.
I will definitely be back, probably just leave our 2yr old with...
Read moreIt appears fun and exciting when you first walk in. Unless you pay extra for the ultimate or deluxe package youâre very limited on what you can do. The food is very expensive for the quality and was horrible. The pizza is barely better than warm and was nothing more than a cheap frozen pizza. The French fries were inedible. How do you mess up French fries? We threw both orders away, the people at the tables next to us complained how bad the food was also. Thereâs very little security for your kids, not a place to just let them go play. No one is at the exit to monitor if you are leaving with your kid (or someone else leaving with your kid) and no way to match a parent with a kid if they get hurt or staff needs to get in touch with the adult. Iâve been places where parents name and phone number were written on arm band and adults arm banded and someone (staff) matched arm bands with kid to adult when you leave. Not hereâŠjust a sliding door to walk out. Not impressed for the money paid. Probably wonât return. Kids enjoy going to the straight trampoline parks better so will most like skip here and go...
