Rafael was extremely professional and the service was nothing short of perfect. I usually avoid going to small places like this as I’ve never received good service, but Rafael at Tech Exchange has just made a customer for life. I wish I had something to complain about but nothing about my experience warranted a complaint, the shop was great, the services were both quick and affordable and Rafael may be one of the most polite and inviting people over ever met. I bought a brand new IPhone 16 Pro and got my old 13 Pro fixed for an absolute bargain. I waited at the shop while this was going on and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. I realized that my Xbox X HDMI port was broken so I left it with Tech Exchange and they were able to fix it in just a few days for a really good price! While other businesses were going to charge me way more and take over 2 weeks to fix. Raphael was so kind and helpful he even shipped my Xbox to my house since I wasn’t able to pick it up.
