JellyBean Jungle — Attraction in Evesham Township

I have no idea what has happened here. The last few months the cleanliness and sanitation has dramatically DECLINED. Lately it has a strong ammonia/ urine stench. Also the overwhelming smell of feces/ soiled diapers in the back play area is so overwhelming I have seen parents gag and leave. Possibly a Diaper Genie would help. Also maybe have employees do mandatory restroom checks every hour to clean and Lysol. Also post how regular the ball pit is cleanse.

A few days ago we tried to give it another chance... to find a broken changing table, overwhelming stench from the restroom, and dirty ball pit. As well parents expressing there was spit or spit up inside the jungle gym. To which the only employee working was confused as to what to do to clean it. The parents had to literally tell her to get clorox wipes and disinfect it.

Lastly came the last attempt to use the bathroom and the floor was a huge puddle of urine and or the toilet was leaking. The staff member seemed confused AGAIN as to what to do, and just put a sign up saying closed. Which lead to multiple parents discussing their children coming down with rashes, fevers, pink eye all after a few days of visiting. I even personally watched a mother notice her daughter having an accident on the green turf in the back and did nothing to clean it or inform staff. She just gathered the rest of her child and said... oh well we can change at home. I would address these issues with the owner or staff, but when I asked I was told the owner is on vacation out of the country, the manager is also on vacation and the rest of the staff are out sick or have had their wisdom teeth removed. I really hope the owner sees this and other reviews stating how unsanitary it has become. Possibly a health concern as well. I really hope they regroup and TRAIN their staff to used proper cleaning techniques and protocols. Especially since they also cook and serve food. Our children's health and safety should be...

Rating solely based on birthday party experience. It’s not worth the money IMO because the space you get isn’t much AT ALL. We aren’t allowed to bring out and open gifts while at the party nor are you allowed to hand out party gifts to your guest. So all the gifts people brought us we had to open once we got home which is kinds messed up because would like for you to open their gifts in front of them you know. They don’t even provide ICE for your beverages that you bring. You literally have to bring EVERYTHING except napkins, plates and cups. There is nothing this place provides to accommodate your party besides a few kiddy sized lunch tables and some plates and napkins. I was also also under the impression that we had a room or something to ourselves that we could actually have a party but this wasn’t the case. I could have saved the $159 and just sat down at the tables and celebrated on my own without the “reservation”. We basically paid $159 to have staff light our candles and wipe down the table after us. There is also no mention of only having the “reserved “ tables for 30 minutes. Soooo what’s the point of having the reservation from 1230-230 if we can only eat in the dining area for 30 minutes? All in all my daughter and friends did have a good time but like I said if you’re looking for a place for a birthday party this AINT IT. I had my daughters birthday party on November 11th everything was good except as soon as I walked in I felt rushed I set everything up only for it to be packed away by the time guest showed up, we barely got to eat without them timing us and people were unaware there was food there that was there because they cleaned up so fast, I didn’t even get a picture of my daughter in the chair because I was also unaware the chair even had her name on it, they packed her birthday crown away as well for the picture and at the end all they could talk about was the tip without asking me they added $60 as a tip because it was 20%, I also didn’t like that we were not allowed to sing happy birthday or set up anything in the actual party room, as to why we had no idea there was even a chair in there with her name on it, all treats and cake were aset up by the register where we sung happy birthday. I enjoyed the environment and cleanliness but I did not enjoy the rush that I paid close to $700 with food and rental of the place for, I also liked the process I felt happy with the answers I got to all my questions...
