I came here for the first time today now that I moves to the area. Let me just say I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend.

I came in with LUMPY, uneven length, french tips that I had gotten freshly done the day before somewhere else that they over charged me 80 BUCKS for!!! My nails looked ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! And they wouldn't fix them! I couldn't wait to go somewhere else and fix them!

Coincidentally my regular shop was also called Diamonds nails and spa even though they're not associated.

They were welcoming, friendly, good listeners, and did a PHENOMENAL job. She gave me ABSOLUTELY STUNNING nails! For a UNBEATABLE price! Perfect shape, smooth as a river pebble, blue ombre with glitter, AND 3D flowers with rhinestones.

Through my experience more than a few repeat customers were coming in that you could tell each of them had happily became bi-weekly customers, were on a first name basis. It was a joy to see how well developed-strong, relationships they created with their clients. All leaving with smiles on their faces!

I couldn't rave more about this salon. They've definitely earned another repeat client. I look forward to the beautiful nails they create...

Definitely never coming here again. After paying I asked if I could tip with the card since there’s no cash. They asked if I could Venmo it, sure no problem. I had THREE staff members hover over my shoulder eyeing my phone watching everything I did. Then had them tell me to send them money for lunch??? What?? I said “no I’m going to tip you for my nails since my nails is what I got done”. They insisted to send them something so they can get lunch. I’m pissed at this point and they’re still surrounding me looking at my phone but I always believing in tipping after a service so I just lowered what I was originally going to give because I was too pissed and overwhelmed (tipping 15% instead of 20%). One of the ladies gasped and frowned when she saw how much I put in. This was the most unprofessional thing I experienced at a nail salon and I was so taken aback I just had to leave. Never ever coming back here. They should be embarrassed and I hope the others in the salon heard and got disgusted by...

this place is terrible!!! first off the lady was rude no interaction at all and gossiping with the lady doing my friends toes. my toe nails were crooked and i asked the lady to fix it with the tileand she just didn’t listen and did the bare minimal when i asked multiple times! let alone cut me multiple times with the drill and didn’t react once. the color she used wasn’t even close to the color i asked for i clearly asked for baby pink and showed her the pic and she painted them peach.. when i told my friend it’s not what i asked for she went and got glitter and said it would make them better!! then when i called and talked to the manager and explained to him his excuse was “we were busy” and said that there is no refunds when all i asked was even for a partial refund all he said was to come back to fix it after i told him multiple times i am not happy with the service and do not feel comfortable coming back.. they over charged me for my service and refused to let me...
