I been here several times. Thought I found a nail shop that I could enjoy for a long time since I’m always loyal to all my beauty business ( lash lady, wax, etc) . Even took several of my friends there to help the business. But all of them agree that they over priced and not the best quality for what they charge. If you just get a single line on your nail you are being charged $5 or more for a design. My friend got charged an additional $15 for the length of her nails. I got cut several times. But this time I got an infection. I’m currently on antibiotics and my finger had to get drained which was extremely painful. Also I was not satisfied with a nail tech and she actually contacted me on my social media page which is not good customer service. Unfortunately I purchased gifts cards from them which I guess I will have to use up but after that I will be looking for a better nail salon where customer satisfaction is the priority and not just making money. The better business bureau will be contacted as well. Since I had to pay 2 co pays of $50 each to get my finger checked out plus medication. And all I received was a I’m sorry and that everything is ā€œdisinfectedā€. I never seen them open any tools out of a packaging. I could go on about other issues but I will let the professionals take care of that. Be aware the minute you give a negative comment they start blowing up your phone. He did offer me to refund me for the gift cards and my medical bills but asked me to give it to him. I will not provide my personal information to a nail shop. He never offered to refund me for my service or anything like that. I will not drive 40 min to pick up a refund for the gift cards. And he attacked me by telling me I’m trying to ruin his business and mentioned false allegations. Which is not true in prior txt he (owner Jason) confirmed that I brought him new clients and supported the restaurant as well. Which is what I do I’m a loyal client and I love supporting small businesses. He is a nice guy but I don’t appreciate the fact of how they handle conflict. The picture I provided is after the pus has been drained and cleaned and I already been taken antibiotics. I missed two days from work due to the pain and the throbbing that didn’t allow me to sleep.

It was my first time here at the Nail Box on December 22, 2023. Jason did my gel nails and it was so good that today is 1/4/24 all of the gels are still intact. The color I chose is extremely hard to polish, let’s be friends required three thin coats in order for this to be beautiful. Thank you for the beautiful work, Jason and team! 😊

CAN NOT SAY BETTER THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Make your appointments now because they are going to get BUSY. Saw a post on a Facebook group about a month ago recommending The Nail Box on Greentree in Marlton. Just here to say I can 10/10 back that post up. Went today for the first time today for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. EVERYONE there is SO nice, my nails turned out incredible (they were pretty messed up from a prior salon in the area that I won’t name), and they truly engage with each customer on a personal level. Paul was my technician and did amazing on my nails and toes. He was gentle, didn’t over pick at my cuticles or use the drill until my fingers burned, made conversation with me, and was overall a pleasure. One of the gentleman (I believe the owner) working asked how I heard about them. I told him and he thanked me for coming in and supporting them. He also gave me a mimosa and a stylus so I could play on my phone while I got my pedicure and my old dip soaked off of my nails. They are also so CLEAN! ANY station that is used is immediately sprayed down and wiped. They use the plastic stretchy covers for pedicures and even after removing everything, they spray the tub and chair down. They pay such attention to so many small details that make the salon experience more enjoyable. Will 1000% be returning. Absolutely a must try. ā¤ļø

I’ve been looking for a new place because my regular girl at my regular place has been booked and I haven’t been able to get in on weekends. The parking situation there can also be very difficult to find a spot. After trying a new place 2 weeks ago and being disappointed in the job they did there, I googled a local place with good ratings. That’s how I found The Nail Box. I’ve also noticed numerous recommendations for them on local social media pages. I read the reviews and decided to go with Maria as my nail tech. Unlike the other place, I was very impressed by The Nail Box. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, it was a nice atmosphere, very clean, and the pricing was on point for their services. They offered beverages which I’ve never had experienced before at a nail salon. Maria was very social and sweet and made me feel more than welcome on my first visit. I had a dip powder manicure on natural nails and she did a very nice, clean job that looked so much better than the last place. Maria and The Nail Box found a new regular customer as I will definitely be back. In a business that’s full of competition, they have found ways to make themselves stand out and I highly...
