Fitz's Fish Ponds — Attraction in Fairfield

This place is incredible to say the least. I called them days prior about my pond and my koi all dying. They coached me through the experience and put me at ease. Even though I didn't buy my original fish from them, Tom, a sales associate, took so much of his time with me on the phone and in person. They tested my water, gave me the knowledge I needed, and I was off with more confidence than other retailers could have given me. One thing I really liked about Tom and other gentlemen working in the store was that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. What do I know? Anyone could have had me buying everything because I was so upset about 7 koi dying that were purchased from an upscale facilty in Bergen County. Instead it was only what I needed and nothing else. Tom instructed me to go home, drain my pond, refill and retest. I did just that and everything is perfect. I truly enjoyed the faculty. Friendly. Super clean. Beyond professional. HONEST. I will be going back for the 3rd time this weekend to finally buy healthy cared for fish that will finally have a home. Thanks to these guys, I will have my old koi pond back! Highly...

I am a new homeowner and in the yard was a fish pond that had been neglected for many years. Without any knowledge of what to do to restore the pond to a functioning condition I searched out businesses that could offer guidance and had the equipment on hand to get this project done as soon as possible. My wife found Fitz's Fish Ponds and just from the pictures alone I could see this was exactly the place I was looking for (as opposed to a multi purpose garden center).

Nick @ Fitz's has been incredibly helpful from the day we went in with pictures of the failing pond, asking for help, till now where we picked up an assortment of plants for the fully restored pond. There were a few times where I just had a question and would call the store and Nick would provide detailed answers that were always right and always solved the issue I was having.

I am learning that keeping a fish pond will be a year round activity and am genuinely grateful that Fitz's exists. They have everything you could need readily available in the store and just know everything about ponds! I had no idea where to begin and thanks to staff, Nick and Tom, the pond...

From the customer service reps Kelly and Donna who were extremely patient and attentive and thorough in setting everything up for my pond care contract and appointments, answering all my questions and following through with appointment confirmation to Tyler the head of the service department who promptly and professionally handled everything when a sudden issue arose to the OUTSTANDING service technician Travis who came to my house chock full of knowledge and enthusiasm and efficiently and expertly resolved all pond issues while instilling great confidence in me, the customer, that my pond and fish would always be kept in optimal health and functionality with the staff at Fitz’s!
