Delizia Pizza Kitchen (Fairfield) — Restaurant in Fairfield

We've been ordering from Delizia for years because of their great pizza and customer service. Tonight, I was blown away at how they handled my mistake. I used to call our local Delizia to order but decided to use the Slice app for the reward points. I only realized that I placed my order at a different location when my husband went to pick up our order and it was not there. I called this store and told them what happened. The lady who answered was very nice. After patiently listening to my story, she told me that she'll talk to her boss. Even before talking to me, Z called our local Delizia, explained what happened and placed the order himself. He told me that it's no problem at all and it's all taken care of. When I called them, I was only planning to let them know that I made a mistake and won't be able to pick up the order because I'm 30 minutes away. What an excellent customer service! Review 3 : Try the stuffed meat pie and the buffalo chix pie! Yum! Once again-Ordered 6 pies and 1 was better than the other! These delivered pie's all taste like they just came out of the oven. We do not know how they do it.

We ordered 8 pizzas and 2 catering salads for an office party, and everything was absolutely incredible.

The pizzas were delicious, (yum for the chicken parm and Ricotta with broccoli, also! ) The salads were fresh, generous, and beautifully presented — we only wish we had taken pictures!

Z (the owner, I presume) was so gracious and made sure everything was perfect. The order came with generous portions of sides and dressings — nothing was missed.

We’re already looking forward to ordering again and can’t wait to try more items from the menu!...

I LOVE Delizia's Pizza Kitchen. I ordered from them for the first time yesterday, Nov 10th, for a catering order at that, and from start to finish the process was amazing. I spoke to the owner, Z, a few days prior and him and Karen did such an amazing job at making it run smoothly. I said I needed it at a specific time, no earlier or later, and they delivered with no issues! The food was AMAZING. Everyone was raving about the penne vodka and the chicken francese. The antipasto was amazing - the food was pure perfection. The birthday boy is EXTREMELY picky (dislikes everything kind of picky) when it comes to food, and usually doesn't have high ratings but, he actually said this place was a 10/10 and wants to go back as a sit in.
